I thought that for a second too. The same hair syndrome confused me at first, until I took a better look at the armor.

That would be awesome! But come to think of it, we haven't seen that version of Trunks anywhere but the title page here have we? Did he even come to the tournament?

I assume he's there because why else would he be featured on the title page? It's possible he's there just as a spectator though.

Bulma was there in that pic too though, and I don't really get the feeling she's there. But I'm hoping you're right, I really want to see what a Yamcha-sired Trunks would be like, and what he'd be capable of coming from a universe where Yamcha kicks butt.

Same for me too but it only took a few seconds to register. Apparently little brothers really are terrible.

He is going against Fat Buu in the third fight of the second round. I think its going to be pretty cool.

LOL, Raichi about to get the burial of his life

Thanks to Bardock, we know who is winning.

Bardock says he knows who Raichi will lose to, not that he will lose this match.

Raichi is fucked.

The backlash against this page in the comment section makes me chuckle.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

I know, right? I'm half expecting someone to post "Who the heck is Akira Toriyama?!"

NOW THAT, WAS FUNNY!!!

But, this fight wont be one sided because Toriyama didnt create Raichi, like he said. Quite frankly I dont know who developed the Plan to Eradicate The Saiyans game because Raichi isn't a Toei character either.
It's not too late. One day, it will be.

The Raditz vs. Bardock fight is precisely why I continue to read DB:M. No fanjerking of a character, and characters given a fair chance in a fight. These kinds of fights are awesome. And I look forward to reading the Toriyama vs. Raichi fight as well!

...Best. Page. EVER.

I can't believe there's backlash against this page, really? How could anyone not love this? Though, I do have a question. Second panel on the page, there's four people. The first (with his head cut off by the panel) is the hero or 'Eight' from Dragon Quest VIII. Then it's Toriyama and Senbei. Who's the fourth person with a Goku-like gi?
