Potential new UK DBZ release?

I was just browsing the BBFC's website when I came across this, classified today -

From the looks of things, these appear to be extras for the Orange Brick sets, which is dissapointing. It appears Manga Entertainment have somehow got the rights to the series, so they may be working from Madman's PAL sets, as they have with the recent Evangelion Blu-rays (do Australia have a Dragon Box release?).

Apparently it's to be released the end of October, although I'm not sure if the BBFC would have accurate knowledge of that.
