In a similar shot from a similar time period in the series, Gohan appears to be that size as well.
Just a thought.
P.S. -- That's not a bootleg set. That's a custom set someone made for themselves.

Is that an extra "with" before #18?

I don't remember #16 being that gigantic though.

I was more talking about the front two rows with Goku and the other heroes. The rest was added onto the original piece.

I don't really mind the Anoyo-ichi Budokai reference. I am, however, annoyed at the recap. Why just include Kai? I would have loved to see a recap of the entire series. I guess the recap was merely added in for filling time. Or they didn't have enough time to add in a montage covering all of Dragon Ball.

I just wanna throw this out there, thanks to Puto I put up a gallery of screen shots from episode 98 from the Blu-ray!

It's pretty awesome that this episode is full of flashbacks, you get to see a lot of scenes from different episodes in Blu-ray glory!

Is there a release date for Part 8? I thought part 7 was the last one. I bought it and was pretty disappointed that it only had till episode 88.

This upcoming month is going to be DBZ Kai Season One and Season Two's turn and then the last part of the Parts' version, Part Eight.
I seriously thought about purchasing the DBZ Kai Season sets for Kikuchi's music but it's too repetitive just like on Cell's arc.
Toonzai's dub uses/used the temporary replacement sound which was a lot better (BGM from Boo's arc) than hearing Cell's BGMs constantly.

Isn't anime/Blu-rays quite expensive over there?

It honestly depends on what exactly the content is.
The Orange Bricks and Remastered GT Seasons at normal retail will run for about $49.99 NZD and the Blu-Rays of Z go for $39.99 while the Kai parts run for about $36 - 38 with the double features behind at about $16.99.
And then there is stuff like the One Piece collections which go for $49.99, yeesh.
*sigh* I'm at least glad we actually do get Anime sold here so I don't have to resort to piracy but the prices are ridiculous.

This is spoiler-ish but what did Mr. Simmons translate Goku on the subtitles at the end of Bonus Episode 98?
I remember seeing a fansub of BE #98 with "Until we meet again!", well, it makes sense since DB games are a yearly thing, so it's fitting.

I finally got around to watching this one today and I really enjoyed it. Not sure why Nicktoons wouldn't air it. It ended the series the way it should have, since they were going for ending it with Cell. I really like the very end when they re-animated the sequance from the original DBZ.

I think it was the same thing, 'Until we meet again."

Probably about time someone un-stickied this and the Ep 97 thread, eh?
