Another thing: Was Nappa supposed to be Jafar? Or just a Jafar-like character?

He honestly couldn't have gotten as low as I pitched him. Further, I wanted something impossibly deep. As well, this is a call-back to how they handled his voice in the original dub.

Also, the Jafar hat is really just to signify him being a Counsellor.

Loved the new episode! Had me cracking all throughout, especially at Councillor Nappa, Freeza's creepy song, Gohan's abandonment issues, Vegeta thinking Krillin was immortal for second, and Piccolo's epic last line!

But I did notice that at around 6:40, it sounds like the music track starts quickly and then stops . . . and then starts again. A little glitch?

Oh, and after Gohan attacked Freeza, it just seemed a bit odd that you see him breathing heavily, but he's completely silent. That's about it for nitpicks, though, lol.

Keep up the great work, guys!

Well, perhaps Nail was just bullshitting when he said that he'd eventually fade away into Piccolo's consciousness, and would pop up in Piccolo's mind later on to wind him up. If so, I'd like to see how this is dealt with when Piccolo forfeits against Kaioshin, which was a wholly un-Piccolo moment.

But either way, I'd be fine with it.

It will allow you to download videos from youtube and such.

Then, download the episodes from youtube.

I've been re-watching some older episodes just so I could get a better sense of the Abridged series as a whole. Never noticed before now about Gohan's mentioning of his daddy issues. Not the funniest part of the series, but not the worst, either.

Also, has it been clarified as to what exactly the language was when Dende and Porunga were speaking to each other? I get that it's supposed to be Namekian, but it's not exactly Jabba the Hut status where the language is an actual thing... is it?

It's supposed to be Namekian, but it is actually a real language... Klingon.

In Abridged, Namekian=Klingon.

Partially that and partially because of the inspiration Magus took from Piccolo's design.

Someone on Youtube said it was something like "I'm still alive, douche". I'm pretty sure the last word is douche because Dende uses it to Freeza.

"PetaQ" is just a general Klingon personal insult. It can easily be translated as "bastard," or "asshole," or yes, even "douche."
