For Example Abo and Cado's fusion, Vegeta and Broli's SSJ 3 form, various Saiyans' Oozaru forms in the games, Bardock's SSJ form and Ultimate Goku could be added to the various sub-sections.
There's also stuff in the current guide that could be updated.
Here are some entries I found to either be not informative enough, or not entirely accurate:
1. Gohan's first transformation to Super Saiyan:
In Trunks' entry you note the differing circumstances between the manga and the anime's order of events, but here you only describe how it happened in the anime without stating that it's anime-only. In the manga Gohan transformed by making himself angry, which is obviously very different from the anime version.Gohan,
DBZ Episode 160, Manga Chapter 382
Discovering that a half-Saiyan can reach SSJ (as seen with Trunks), Goku pushes his son to his limits while training in the Room of Spirit and Time. While trying to repel one of his father's attacks, Gohan becomes so frustrated by his weakness and inability to protect his friends that he finally transforms into a Super Saiyan.
2. Super Saiyan Gotenks:
This kinda implies that Gotenks could reach Super Saiyan on his own, but Piccolo is later on surprised that Gotenks can turn Super Saiyan while fused instead of having to fuse as Super Saiyans(chapter 490) and Daizenshuu 2 also states, that he was unable to do it before training in the RoSaT. Since you use Daizenshuu information in a lot of the other entries, this entry could also be updated to include that tidbit.Gotenks(Goten + Trunks)
DBZ Episode 253, Manga Chapter 482
Goten and Trunks were individually already able to reach Super Saiyan, and the fusion of the two proved no different.
3. Hypothetical Super Saiyan Pan:
I'm pretty sure that ended up being a misconception or something.Pan, Goku Jr., Vegeta Jr.
DBGT TV Special; DBGT Episode 64
Daizenshuu # 7 states that Pan cannot go SSJ due to the Saiyan blood in her being too diluted. However, we blatantly see both Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr. able to go SSJ (almost with no problem) in the end of DBGT.
4. Full Power Super Saiyan
Goku's Super Saiyan form is actually never commented on as greater, stronger or anything of that sort after the Cell Arc, so maybe you were basing this on the anime or GT, because the manga makes no indication of Goku increasing his Regular Super Saiyan power at all. There is no indication that either Goku and/or Gohan have reached their "maximum power" while in this stage; in fact, that's quite an outlandish claim to make. There is always room for improvement. Goku and Gohan do indeed grow stronger with time, pushing the Super Saiyan stage to its limits time and time again.
5. Vegeta - a Super Saiyan 2 before Babidi influence.
That is correct, but since you mention in Gotenks' respective entry that Daizenshuu 7 confirms Gotenks could go SSJ 2, it'd make sense if you also used Daizenshuu/guidebook information in this case. Daizenshuu 7 actually mentions Vegeta reached Super Saiyan 2 on his own and the SEG: Story Guide does as well.(Majin) Vegeta
DBZ Episode 229; Manga Chapter 456
There are hints that Vegeta may have been able to transform into SSJ2 before the "Majin" charm, but there is absolutely nothing explicity said in either the anime or the manga.
6. Buu's antenna:
Well how about, when Buu has Gohan absorbed? And Buu with South Kaioshin? In both cases Buu doesn't have Gotenks absorbed, but his antenna becomes very long anyways. If you ask me it seems to be based on the power he currently posses rather than it being a specific Gotenks trait. In addition, the antenna on his head grows in length (due to Gotenks' SSJ3 form and its long hair).
