Possible Revival for Dragon Ball in the United States?

With all the popularity of Dragon Ball Kai on Nicktoons and them showing DBZ Movies, do you think there could be a revival for Dragon Ball in the US?

What do you mean "revival"? In terms of a wave of merchandise or something? It's too late in Kai's run, as both Funimation and Bandai have failed that production.
"I like the money it brings in, but Dragon Ball Heroes is the worst. That's actually the real reason I decided to start working on new material. I was afraid Bandai would make something irredeemably stupid like Super Saiyan 4 Broly." - Akira Toriyama, made up interview, 2013.

In terms of popularity with the kids and such.

I think it's too soon for that to be possible. From what I've seen of old shows coming back, there's usually a combination of:

-enough time has passed where the original viewers (in this case, kids/teens who came in around Toonami era DBZ) reach their mid thirties and have nostalgia for it/children of their own who are old enough to watch the show.

-a big event. Like how Transformers got those live action movies, or how Thundercats is getting a new cartoon. Even "the first ever DVD release of insert-show-here" counts. Subtle t-shirts that you can buy at outlets in the mall count too; not those super-obvious shirts at Hot Topic that scream DBZ at the top of their lungs, but more along the line of that senzu t-shirt that came out online.
On hiatus.

DBZ will never replicate the popularity it once had ten years ago, but I've no doubt it will remain fairly popular for quite a while.

^I agree. I would love to see DBZ popular like it was in the late 90's and early 2000's but I don't see those days happening again. I think Dragon Ball die out when GT ended on Cartoon Network and I don't think Kai on Nicktoons will help that much. Nicktoons is a channel that most people don't have and I know people who have no idea that it's exist.
