Years ago, I made these two joke pictures. The second old picture has to be undone for this new one to work though, unless we assume Vegeta's dialogue in that one doesn't refer to finally finding him for the first time.
So this is a follow-up. It's kinda become my running joke that Waldo is this elusive menace to everyone; I've even stuck him in with Harry from Silent Hill. But I thought I'd go in a different direction with this one by having him stop hiding and fight back. I was going to just make another joke picture (but still a fight), like with Waldo defending against Vegeta by holding his head back so that his short arms can't punch him. But then I thought that I could, in a way, make it more humourous by presenting it as serious. Since the whole concept has been utterly absurd from the very first picture.
I know the layout is bad, what with all that empty space. I just sketched out the pose ideas without taking space and such into account. It wasn't until later that I noticed. So I expanded the canvas to the left to center Waldo a bit more, instead of having the image leaning too much to the left.
