Wait this 30 minute total thing. Is this 30mins all together of animation.
Or is this 30mins per saga?
Or is this 30mins per saga?
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

Re: DBZ: Ultimate Blast/Tenkaichi (Pre-Release Discussion)
Just trying to find things to talk about during this brief lull in news.

In RB2, kid Gohan had 4 costumes;
#1 was the costume from the picture, but he had a red belt, the neck fluff, and the bandana.
#2 was the same as #1, but without the bandana.
#3 was the same as #2, but with his Namek bowl cut.
#4 was the Namek bowl cut and Saiyan armor.
So it seems he got a new costume, one with a blue belt and without the neck fluff.

#1 - Saiyan Arc
#2 - Where's this one from?
#3 - Freeza Arc
#4 - Late Freeza Arc
And the new one? Where's it from? Early Artificial Human Arc?

I doubt he'll have more than 2 in this game.TheDevilsCorpse wrote:Just trying to find things to talk about during this brief lull in news.

#5 - I dunno, training for the Jinzoningen before Goku and Piccolo learn to drive? a movie?
What gives you that impression? We've seen them in the trailers and magazine images, and we know for a fact that Spike has been working on more costumes because of the Character Creator, so why would we get less for most characters?Rostir wrote:I doubt he'll have more than 2 in this game.

I think the new one is the Teen Gohan costum, but with different color in his hand clothing(I don't remember how they are named in English, not my mother languageTheDevilsCorpse wrote:#1 - Saiyan Arc (Pre Nappa Attack)

Re: DBZ: Ultimate Blast/Tenkaichi (Pre-Release Discussion)
It does resemble his outfit from the Cell Games, after he takes off the cape at least, but I was wondering if there was anywhere this version of Gohan wore the same costume. I checked the magazines, trailers and promo images though, and it can't really be counted as his Cell Games clothes. This game still uses the blue belt and wristbands for that costume: http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2 ... l-Goku.jpgDBZGTKOSDH wrote:I think the new one is the Teen Gohan costum, but with different color in his hand clothing(I don't remember how they are named in English, not my mother language)
My guess is it is being taken from here: http://www.kanzentai.com/media/manga/ch ... 36.png.php The costume doesn't have the neck fluff, and the colors can be whatever, since it's originally black and white.

I guess it's just his normal outfit, but recoloured and without his neck fluff.TheDevilsCorpse wrote:My guess is it is being taken from here: http://www.kanzentai.com/media/manga/ch ... 36.png.php The costume doesn't have the neck fluff, and the colors can be whatever, since it's originally black and white.

Re: DBZ: Ultimate Blast/Tenkaichi (Pre-Release Discussion)
Actually, it seems I just wasn't paying attention. The game is using the red and blue colors for his old costumes as well. The only difference for this one is the neck fluff. Here is RB's #2 costume in UT, it has the same colors: http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2 ... 8UT%29.pngDBZGTKOSDH wrote:I guess it's just his normal outfit, but recoloured and without his neck fluff.
Re: DBZ: Ultimate Blast/Tenkaichi (Pre-Release Discussion)
I think it's from Garlic Junior Arc. Personally I'd rather see one of these 3; Orange Gi with Ma Symbol, Purple Gi with Cape (uses it during Movie 2) or Freeza Armor with Long Hair like he uses when Freeza lands on Earth.
Maybe they'll manage to recover all of Goku's outfits, Sparking! METEOR was complete I think.

I deeply wish that they'll include the GT costumes and outfits. If they don't give us GT saiyajins as playable characters then at least give us their GT costumes. Even GT adult Goku's outfit which was even in Final Bout.

Well, let's be reasonable, if the go and get the outfits from METEOR, you'll already end up with eight outfits plus six battle damages. Not saying it's impossible, just that, judging by their past games, character never have that many outfits at all, for some odd reason.

I still just say we should be able to customize the official character's costumes with whatever we have for the Character Creator.DNA wrote:Well, let's be reasonable, if the go and get the outfits from METEOR, you'll already end up with eight outfits plus six battle damages. Re: DBZ: Ultimate Blast/Tenkaichi (Pre-Release Discussion)
Guess so, or at the very least pull the same shit they did with Soul Calibur, in which you have set pieces you can change for the official characters. Either way, I wish they'd just go get all the previous skins, it's not like it's hard at all, and skins barely take up space. I thought it was a major dick move on their part to not include all the previous skins from METEOR to Raging Blast or even 2, especially with Goku, where we are stuck with a bunch of variants of the same outfit and only the yadrat armour.TheDevilsCorpse wrote:I still just say we should be able to customize the official character's costumes with whatever we have for the Character Creator.

Re: DBZ: Ultimate Blast/Tenkaichi (Pre-Release Discussion)
Its not a matter of just going and grabbing the old skins to put in the new game, the models are different, they'd have to completely redo them. I'm not making excuses for them though, I do agree with you, just saying it isn't that simple. Honestly though, there weren't that many costumes from BT3 that I actually wanted once RB2 was released. For a theoretical RB3, the only costumes I can remember wanting that weren't included were Goku's end of Z outfit, Gohan's Bojack outfit, and Buu Arc Kuririn...though It's been a long time and I don't remember a lot of them for the other characters. Every other costume I wanted them to include would have been something not from one of their previous games.DNA wrote:Guess so, or at the very least pull the same shit they did with Soul Calibur, in which you have set pieces you can change for the official characters. Re: DBZ: Ultimate Blast/Tenkaichi (Pre-Release Discussion)
Well, I'm not too sure if they can't just grab the models and revamp them, which honestly looks like what they've been doing. Even if that's not the case, designing a new skin isn't that hard, I mean, sprites are much harder to do and it would take about 2 days to design a full set of different coloured sprites, depending on the number of sprites per character. So again, yeah, designing a new skin for polygonal graphics should take a full day.
Re: DBZ: Ultimate Blast/Tenkaichi (Pre-Release Discussion)
Why they would give us less costumes than RB 2 since it is the same HD models?Rostir wrote:I doubt he'll have more than 2 in this game.TheDevilsCorpse wrote:Just trying to find things to talk about during this brief lull in news.
