Update: IT WORKED YES

Sb2 unleashed you are my hero! Literally if it wasn't for you, I would have never been able to do it with Sony Vegas!

Anyway my GT season two remastered set will come in a few days. But really thanks man. I couldnt have done this without you, and the other posters.

Incase anyone happens to stumble upon this thread with the same question. Here is what I did(simple guide)

1. Convert Dvd into Mp4 using Freemake/Freemaker

2. Open it up on Sony Vegas

3. You'll have a 5-6 "Audio" files(basically excluding the picture). What you want to do is get rid of everything, except the Voice/Sfx audio. I used the remastered set for this, so I'm not sure how the other DVD's are like. But for an easier time, just mute different audio files until you actually hear the voice+Sfx only(no bgm)

4. Once you have found the audio file that contains both SFX+Voice, get RID of the others. IN order to seperate the other files, from the main one you need, . Right Click, go on Group.. Remove from. Do this for the others. And then delete them.

5. Once you have the video+ Audio+Sfx only, RENDER as. IT seems you need to convert it to WMV/Avi so that it fully works. So yeah render it.

6. Once its done rendering, open it up on WindowsMovieMaker for a test drive. You'll hear it perfectly. No old BGm. Just voices+SFx+Video

7. Now, you can either add your own tracks on WMM, OR open the file on sony Vegas.(since it seems that once you convert the mp4 to Windowsmovievideo or Avi, it works perfectly).

I did this for the Orange Brick REMASTERED SET. I will continue to update the post though as I will be getting the remastered dbz movies+ DBgt remastered set.

Can this work with the Dragon Ball remastered sets, too?

It should be able to. I did this with the DBGT remastered set, and the Dbz season 2 remastered set.

My only issue is that I had a bit of trouble with the movies. I have Dbz movie 12, and when I had Freemake get the titles, the scenes were practically random. So essentially, one scene would play, then a totally different scene would play. So I had to arrange the scenes back in the proper order myself
