I heard this a couple times, mainly when Frieza was about to fight Goku. I made a voice recording, but the actual melody almost sounds robotic. Not sure if it's from Kai or regular (I think Kai).

The American episodes I've seen did not have vocals, it was basically that intro and then it faded into another theme.
