I dunno if it was done or not, but do the scouters on the main menu tell anything about an upcoming DBox the movies, or anything else?

I think Tom Dubois of "The Boondocks" said it best for me when FUNimation announced the release of the domestic Dragonbox, after buying all of the Season Sets: "MOTHERFUCK!!! SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT, PRICKS, SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIIIIIIIT!"

I get my copy this week, just shipped out via Amazon.
I just noticed that nobody here has posted any screens... if anyone wants any, I'll go ahead and post some if nobody else has by the time I get mine...

I guess I wouldn't mind screens of the last episode and the next episode preview for GT.DemonRin wrote:I get my copy this week, just shipped out via Amazon.

Exactly... We need Vegetto

I think you guys are overzealous regarding the Vegetto caps. You wouldn't want DemonRin's computer exploding, now would you?

The only thing I remember from DB to GT is Baba looking into her ball surprised and the announcer talking about Z.
[*sigh* GT had so much potential. Yes I like GT.]
I think the part with Baba was actually part of episode 153.
I am glad to see that the GT preview is on the disc. I am getting my set today so I am pretty stoked.
Re: Dragon Ball Z Dragon Box Z Volume Seven Discussion
Got through episode #280 last night. It's always surprised me that they bothered to pay Nakao and Wakamoto to voice their characters for a single line. They had them brave the Toukyou transit system for so little work?!
Another oddity, when the episode starts Gokuu and Vegeta already look bruised up! Then, after Gokuu passes out and Vegeta takes over...Vegeta flies over to Gokuu as a Super Saiyan, returns to normal when he lands, then attacks Majin Boo in his base form! Whoever the heck was storyboarding this episode is a whack-job. Still, I did really like the extention to the fight Toei did. Gokuu passing out for a bit, then charging back up was pretty neat. Miyahara Naoki's animation and supervising or the episode was great, too. It's great that this fight got three great consecutive animation teams (Masunaga, Miyahara, and Hisada).
Speaking of great animation supervisors, Ishikawa Shingo! All of Ishikawa's episodes have looked incredible. Episode #271 was really well done. In fact, all of the Vegetto fight episodes were well done, even with the first being supervised by Uchiyama. Speaking of Uchiyama, episode #278 appears to be where he started getting even worse. His ki blasts are now the same repetitive hand motions with tiny little balls of ki. That's...just awful to look at.

Re: Dragon Ball Z Dragon Box Z Volume Seven Discussion
Just bought Dragon Box 7 today. It's weird, yet awesome knowing that I own all 291 episodes in the proper format. Two more blue bricks and the complete GT series is all I have left of the TV series...
Perhaps I should celebrate by finally getting around to selling off my Season 1 orange brick.

Just ordered DBox 7 on amazon! Can't wait to complete my collection! I'm actually watching through all of Z in Japanese. Despite how much I disliked it at first, I seem to be slowly giving in
Anyway, since this release, have we heard any news of a DBox Movies release? I really hope we do!
Re: Dragon Ball Z Dragon Box Z Volume Seven Discussion
So what's up with the 7th Dragon Box on amazon? Its under review like when there was that epic sale on the boxes.
Bald that way

Aww shit. I just ordered mine last night (this morning to be technical). I hope it ships out soon, and in good condition. Does anyone what could have caused this? Maybe someone complained about the height?

Re: Dragon Ball Z Dragon Box Z Volume Seven Discussion
I ordered from Amazon back in mid-August and it was on my doorstep yesterday when I got home from work. So Amazon was shipping them.
This is kind of annoying, actually. I don't have time to watch them at the moment beyond a few clips here and there. If there's some defect then I won't know until it's too late. In fact, this is a gamble I've been taking for most of the sets.

Just got mine from Amazon... there's a dent on the side. You have to feel for it, but it's there... this is annoying...
Also, the shell-box that houses the DVD Books and the Dragon Book is physically bigger that the previous ones... it's especially noticable when you have it next to the others... and the Disc books don't fit in the box nearly as snugly as the last ones did. The books just slide out without any resistance at all... this is a bit annoying...
