Howdy! I'd be surprised if anyone here remembers who I am, but I thought you guys might be interested in this and this seemed like the most appropriate topic for it. Not sure though so feel free to move it.

This summer I was in Nagoya for a couple days and my mother's cousin's wife just mentioned randomly (believe me, I said nothing to prompt this) that Toriyama's home and studio was nearby in Kiyosu. Of course I begged her to take me so she just texts one of her girlfriends for the address (seriously???) and we go! Here are some photos:

It would be orange... It really meant a lot to me to go since I admire the man so much, but I didn't want to be that idiot that knocks on the door especially since there was that sign on the mail slot.

Thats really awesome, can anyone translate what the sign says in this picture?

I would love if the Bronze factor didn't exist. It'd make those figures so much better.

AGREED! It's so annoying, and you know they just do it to force us to trade with people or buy another set to get the ones you want in color, ugh so annoying.

For the Buu and Cell saga I mentioned before you said you didnt liek trading but if anyone wants I could attempt to get a full set of gold...Its just i dont like the shipping. What are the chances that i got double bronze of the piccolo, gotenks and android 17, cell X.X
Heres mine if anyone didnt have colors that I had double of.




Also I have one unopened box of each of these sets. I don't know if anyone would want to buy them or if i should open them ans try and get color gotenks, piccolo and cell,android 17. I think Raithos has gold Piccolo and Gotenks as well x.x

The only bronzed figures I have are Piccolo/Cell and Goku/Trunks... which you seem to have. Ironic, eh?

Yeah I have gold piccolo and gotenks (dammit really wanted this one colour), and gold vegetto and buu (also really wanted that one colour)

Yeah...Those 2 unopened boxes of these figures are looking pretty good right now...But if I get another bronze Piccolo, Gotenks or andriod 17,cell I'm going to throw them out the window and everyone else has bronze figures similar to mine so its not like I would be able to make a complete set of that either :/

I just... I just really dislike the idea of Bronze, it's like why? why? There's like maybe 4% that like the bronze, and then you piss off the rest of us. And they always manage to make the specific figure you're anticipating bronze, it's almost like you can feel it when buying the box, lol!

Hey Beji, that's a pretty random GT Single you got there . Was that you trying to sell it on ebay just a few hours ago? I would have bought it, but that scratch on the bottom right of the case looked really bad.

Hey leave my GT single alone XD! It actually wasn't me. I got this items off of ebay for very cheap since the person didn't know what it was and I too thought it had a scratch on it but it was just the lighting. It came brand new in package. I like that its the last GT single(to my knowledge) so I thought why not? and couldn't beat the price xD
