Ok, I take it back. Vegeta looks pretty stomped there.

How the hell is Bardock going to explain this to his wife?

Hanasia: "How was your day?"
Bardock: "Not bad. We invaded a planet and I got psychic powers. Found out Freeza will try to kill us soon. Oh, and I'm the king now."
Hanasia: o_O
Prince Raditz: "Daaaaad! Tarble beat me up!"
Bardock: "Uugh..."

Or

Hanasia: How was your day?
Bardock: Not bad. We invaded a planet and I got psychic powers. Found out Freeza will try to kill us soon. Oh and beat King Vegeta to a bloody plup, now I'm king.
Hanasia: I want so bad right now!

Yes, yes it was. A reply containing a direct response to content found in the latest GTR replies is clearly out of place in a Multiverse topic... lol Wouldn't this have made more sense? 8)
Okay, I guess it just applied to this with Bardock and Vegeta.

Vegeta just got stomped! I guess this was expected, though.

Looks like Goku's the Prince of All Saiyans.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

Prince Kakarotto and Raditz!? This . . . just . . . not compute :!:

Nothing like a good coup d'etat to boost morale before the climatic battle with Space Lucifer right? Right?

Upon closer inspection of the wheel-thingy in the DBM website, there will also be two Hyper Namek chapters.

I feel sorry for King Vegeta. And that Vegeta's side of the family always must lose. Vegeta did it, his father did it, Future Trunks did it, and present Trunks was a failure.

Um... whut?

Present Trunks is all of eight years old, so that ain't really fair to call it so soon. And even if we do consider him responsible for "redeeming" his apparent failure of a bloodline, well... I dunno. The kid is stronger than Goten when first introduced-- stronger than a son of Goku (which already is kinda like ZOMG)-- and goes on to defeat him at the Tenkaichi Budokai, so count one towards Vegeta and company for the "my family versus your family" thing. ;p

Speaking for the comic itself? Sure, I think that King Vegeta should'a been given this one.

I was speaking merely in the fighting sense. Both Trunks and Goten were geniuses when they were kids, but when they grew up, they were failures as fighters.
Sure, they could still take on pretty much any foeas adults, and with Gotenks they are unstoppable. But when it came to improving in a time of peace, Goten and Trunks became slackers.
(Not to exclude Gohan, but at least he kept with one of his goals).

Well, not counting GT, we only see Trunks and Goten for a short time after the time-skip. We didn't even get to see them fight.

Didn't Vegeta imply that Trunks was lazy when they went to visit Goku while he was training with Goten? Even then, Goten was whining about having to cancel a date.

So Goten and Trunks turned out to be perfectly well-adjusted individuals instead of...whatever you'd call Goku and Vegeta.

At the end of Z didn't Goten go on a Training thing with Goku? Thus why Gt has left a bad impression of so many characters.

No? He was complaining about training and having to miss a date to enter the World Tournament.

Ah, sigh. I feel sorry for Goku, no wonder he left with uub.
