Buy them and sell them online to people. But dont be one of those scalper a-holes charging a ridiculous price for them. Be a bro to fellow DBZ fans! Or at least sell them to people from the Daizex forums that want them?
Kibito_Kai wrote:Well I'm free this weekend, I'll run by Best Buys and future shop to see how many they have sitting around.
dballfan wrote:That would be so awesome if you could do that and re-sell them, I'd definately buy it. Because according to Best Buy Canda they are selling them for 49.99 CDN (and in stock), but I can't get it because it doesn't ship to the UK, and Best Buy UK is crap, it doesn't have any Dragonball related stuff whatsoever.
The weekends basically past (UK time), I think its around 6 in Canada so wondering have you checked it out yet?
Thanks

Well I just ordered the final four DragonBoxes this morning off of Amazon. I felt as if I needed to treat myself to something nice since I had just finished paying off my college loans and Amazon seemed to be the most reasonable, but then again when aren't they? The only places I've got the DragonBoxes cheaper was from my local Hastings book store (
$19.99 for DragonBox 1) and Best Buy (
$24.99 for DragonBox 2).
DragonBox 4 @ $39.99
DragonBox 5 @ $31.99
DragonBox 6 @ $31.99
DragonBox 7 @ $30.99
I must say it is going to be a nice feeling (
and bittersweet), when they arrive, to know I finally have the complete DragonBall series. And while I do hope we get a DragonBox release of the movies, DragonBall, and GT I won't be disappointed if we don't.

You should sell them for profit.

My point exactly. Why would I sell mine?
I mean some people amaze me with how stupid they can be. Mine are
NOT FOR SALE.

Hi guys,
A couple of things I found Dbox 2 on Movietyme.com for $52 - It's a trusty website but, they only refund in vouchers which can only be used on their website. So before I was going to order I sent an email and surprise surprise; the next day it was removed from there site and additionally, shortly afterwards I receive this email.:

Aaaaand it's already past the $100 mark with over 6 days left!

I've said this before, and I'll say it again: All you are doing by bidding early on is raising the price for yourself. Just wait until the last 10 or so seconds. You'll catch other bidders off guard and have a higher chance of winning.
EDIT: I just realized the seller has all the Dragon Boxes for sale. On every single one it says the plastic is cut on the side. They obviously did that to remove the discs and watch them/burn them, yet they claim they have never been viewed. The person's probably not being honest.

Sometimes even that doesn't work. Some people have auto-snipers. And then there are jackasses that just jack up the price for no reason. I've done that myself, just for shits an giggles.

If he burned them, he's being honest that they weren't watched.

Don't see what's wrong with that. If some people are willing to give their first born for an item like this, go for it! Make copies for yourself and let the pack of dogs be. I've seen a lot desperation for box 2 here. I know I'll run into another during my Pawn Shop hopping or swapmeet shopping. I already own two copies (three if you count the original Dragon Box Z), but a third does sound like a good investment at this point.

Funny how you say that and I bought 2 sets of the dragonboxes one set for my firstborn
If i have one T.T
I wish everyone on here just bought them when they came out with coupons and that amazon sale there was no problem in getting them for 24$ or less with shipping. People are spending more than half as much money on one box 2 as I bought both sets for (340$)....
a little rambling but I wish supply and demand didn't work that way and things were discontinued and skyrocket. Just got a Real Mccoy series 1 Goku as a free gift for buying a certain amount of items and little did I know it is in box and on ebay they go for so much. I don't want to open it BECAUSE of its value in box which almost defeats the purpose of getting it as a gift :/

This is just me but I always open my collectibles. A Zyuranger (Original Power Rangers) Dragon Buckler and Dino Buckler, with the Dragon sometimes reaching 2k: I opened it and display it. I never saw the point in buying something (unless you have two!) and putting it away. Specially if it was a gift, I'll open that and have it displaying in seconds!

Might as well safe those pennies and bid with gusto! Unless you get lucky with the desperation of many hitting eBay, you won't be getting one cheap. Another member paid nearly two hundred dollars for one. Good luck, 'cause you're gonna need it!

I would never pay that much for a single Dragon Box... So glad I bought them when they came out.

I have a Dragon Ball collection of sorts which can be seen here.

Two hundred bucks is how much I paid for my Dragon Box GT set a few years ago. The movies, even less. $150!

Well aren't you lucky

I would love those releases but they are a pain to find and if they are listed on Ebay its for a horrifying amount.

Oh, I never went with eBay! I went with Yahoo Auctions Japan, I used Rinkya as my middle man. I ended up paying about a hundred dollars for EMS shipping on both of these. All in all, I spent about about 1600 on all the sets. I was patient in my hunt for these.

What if a bunch of people use that? Also, it looks like it's only a free trial.
