Hello! I finally got the legitimate versions of Goku and Luffy from that cross of figures. I have them set up and was planning on selling the other ones if anyone wanted them b/c they arent awful and id probably sell them for 15$ a pait BUT THE POINT IS. One of the sets of two that I bought came with a real box for the figures and not only that but one of the stands look legitimate as well which is terribly confusing. Can anyone look at the bottom of their figures and hel me out here?
Real ones Bases
Fake ones Bases
Mystery one Base
Can someone help? thanks

Are you sure the middle picture is fake? I bought the Goku figure at Anime North earlier this year, the packaging looked 100% legit and it has the exact same base. It has the Dragonball Z X One Piece logo on the top of the base as well.

If it didn't have a golden Toei sticker on the box, then it's probably fake.
I have a Dragon Ball collection of sorts which can be seen here.

Fake.
I can talk about all the wrongs with the paint job (it has that bootleg look), but the most obvious to me is the wrist bands. The stand should also have the proper info... Banpresto (Year) Made in China.. something along those lines.
I have a Dragon Ball collection of sorts which can be seen here.

Yeah that's confirmed fake with the blue pants and especially the black wristbands. I still need someone to show me a legitimate one so I can see what it shows.

What's the difference between the real bases and the mystery base you have? Mine have the Banpresto logo and made in China 2008 under the base. I got mine from HobbyLinkJapan, so I know they're real. By the way, I'm only talking about the Goku one because I don't have Luffy.

30$ for each set. I thought it was okay since I bought the biomass and naming at a con for 20 each. I got a partial refund on both but I still wonder why one of the bootlegs had a legitimate box and a legitimate looking stand. Hate how thereareat least 3 different bootleg series of these figures :/

I guess there's so many bootlegs of them because they were a popular set.
