But you can't let a point used as a plus for the Dragon Boxes suddenly not count just because the episodes are DVNR'd widescreen.
Uh, or it could be the fact, you not only lose 25% of the picture, but you know, losing outlines to characters, terrible audio, incredibly over-saturated picture, etc. You know, stuff like that. It might as well be someone buying a terrible home remastering from some kid's house.
I'd rather buy the "Kids House" version. It can't be worse then the orange bricks. :?
Oh you'd be surprised. :P I wrote an article awhile back on "how to make a genuine orange brick remaster", and the example I made was pretty bad (Even if it was just a static image based tutorial).

Reread my comment for a moment.

39 episodes = 39 episodes. 39 episodes of 291 episode series for $12, particularly when the other release is 41 episodes for at least $32, is a steal. No questions asked.

Can you purchase them, knowing the processes applied to these episodes, the misinformation that went into marketing them, and the print runs that allow Amazon to sell them that cheap? No, because your being a smart consumer, who refuses to support a gimped bargain-bin product.

Just pointing out that the Dragon Boxes cannot be considered a value for what they are unless the Seasons Sets are likewise. It's hella minute ("probably shouldn't have said anything to begin with" minute), but it's hypocritical.

Just like Dragon Ball since Chapter #4.
