I admit I can't do what he's doing with salt lol, and he is good, but not great. Honestly, if it weren't for the defined muscles and hair shape, I would have thought it was Dragon Piece, and Luffy was cosplaying as Goku...

It's true that it does look more One Piece than Dragon Ball, but what he was doing was still very impressive.
