Freeza's spaceship (DBZ/Budokai 1)

Hello, if I can ask someone who have experience with Budokai 1.
Where actually can I get the Freeza's spaceship capsule?
I already read all these OMFG walktroughs and cheat sections.

One says: Go in and out of Mr. Popo's shop, until you see this capsule in recommended for 12 000 zeni.
Yeah, I tried this about thousand times, which in outcome led to purchasing Dragon Balls and never saw the FS capsule for 12 000 zeni..........
Now I have around 4 breaktroughs.

Second says: Play the Freeza saga on the hardest difficulty and after you beat all Freeza fights without continue, you will get it.
As I saw this hint less than the first one, I think it's one of those prank rumors, which makes you to play the game on the edge of exploding......
As I tried it on the hardest, beating Freeza as SSJ in the story mode is impossible.
More so that I have Japanese copy of the game which I think is somewhat harder than the PAL version I played as torrented iso to try the game before!!!!

It's definitely purchasable from the shop for 12,000 Zeni, sounds like you've been terribly unlucky though.

Hmm, probably. Or it is a trait of the Japanese version as it is incredibly competitive already in fights and the little laggy unresponsive controls doesn't help, so I can imagine the shop will be f**ked up too.

Well, it's also quite dumb that they made it like this, that you can purchase capsules that you already have!!
As I'm not skilled that much in hiragana and katakana, sometimes I end up buying the same things.
So it's quite hardcore to play lots of tournaments.

Yeah, I kind of disliked the shop in the way that it had so many redundant capsules in there. I guess I still miss the shop at the same time, though.

And then I read...... If you are bored of tournaments, then you can play storymode where you can also get capsules.
Yeah, it works as same as the shop

There is only 9 of each capsule, if you keep buying capsules you will eventually get the capsule you want.

Yeah, I read that too. But nine of each colour is to low, there is definitely more if you look to the capsule list.
Well, what is funny, that I already have 5 breaktroughs but Freeza's spaces**t capsule is nowhere to be seen (the dragon balls are super rare, blah blah blah).
Yeah, I have Japanese version, but I checked and to be 100% sure, tried in versus mode, if I already don't have it.
I don't! My copy is probably somewhat broken
