A little help Kai Part 4.
Long story short.
I walk into store, see Kai Parts 4 and 5 which have never been there before so I buy them along with 3 other Double Features. I had read that Part 4 contained Yamamoto while Part 5 had Kikuchi.
Come home, put Kai Part 4 on to watch and what do I find? Kikuchi music.
I'm confused, so I check the DVD cover and it does indeed say Kikuchi as the Music Composer.
Erm, someone mind informing me why I have Kikuchi instead of Yamamoto on Part 4?

Your location says New Zealand. Did you pick it up locally? Do your DVDs come from Madman in Australia? Their release of part four was (heavily?) delayed, and it was assumed to be because of the music scandal/announcement.

Ahh, I guess that would explain things.
Even then, I have not actually seen Parts 1 - 3 in store. My store is probably crap anyway.
I'll probably buy the Yamamoto versions online.

Yeah, Madman distributes the home releases in New Zealand, except there's about a month in between the Australian and NZ release dates.VegettoEX wrote:Your location says New Zealand. Before the release of each part of Kai, Madman has a timer on their DBZ website that counts down till the release, but a couple of days after the 'Kenji incident' they quickly had the thing removed. But to make up for that, they released 3 parts of Kai within a month of each other with the prices reduced by about $15.

Re: A little help Kai Part 4.
I want to buy part 4 on amazon.com, but it is not in stock. Is on the U.S. version from Funimation still the Yamamoto score on board or do already Funimation change the track to Kikuchi? I have parts 1-3 and part 5. Please help, I do not want to open a topic for my question!
The word "KAI" means in the old North Germanic language Frisian "Kämpfer engl. Fighter" respectively "Krieger engl. Warrior"!

Never had that verified. The Australian release definitely has Kikuchi, but I've never seen a straight-up American release that has the Kikuchi score with my own eyes (ears?), nor has anyone here backed it up.

Re: A little help Kai Part 4.
Has it been confirmed that Part 5 has all Kikuchi even with the final episodes between Goku & Freeza?
