I'm pretty sure they're not for sale yet. The drawings on the cards are from one of the hentai doujins Jijii drew, just coloured, I'm guessing they might be bundled with it? (If these cards are actually for sale.)
Jijii made a few other fan cards, but they were very limited.

This jijii fellow seems like a good artist, I mean young Bulma seems even hotter then when Akira Toriyama drew her.

He really is a good artist, but since he always copies artworks from the original manga, every panel in his AF doujinshi looks very familiar to me.

For example, he took this page from the fight between Vegeta and normal Zarbon.
