No...

XXI is Universe 5, Zen Buu is universe 4. And all we supposedly know is that XXI was the one that supposedly sealed Elder Kaioshin in the Z Sword, but that's not on the chart: http://www.dragonball-multiverse.com/en/listing.html

What chapter was his fight in? Or has he fought yet? I don't remember him.

We've never seen him. He wasn't in his universe's section when his name was called, but he got a pass because all the Namekians, including his opponent, forfeited before his fight. He'll be up against Vegetto next round.

if Nappa can turn SSJ, then Freeza is finished
What if Freeza transforms into his 5th form? If he can transform then he could take out Nappa as a SSj.

The problem in this comic is that the draw is terrible and predictable.

1st - Nappa vs Freeza:
Freeza will win this fight

2nd - Son Goku vs 17
A- 17 power is even lower then the original, therefore, this match up is pointless.Even if he doesn't follow DBGT it would be better to see a super 17 by some weird reason.

Goku will win easily

3rd - South Kaioshin vs Majin Buu:
This fight is great and i think South Kaioshin should win, but,Majin Buu has to fight Uub and logically, he should be absorbed to power up Uub.

4th - Uub vs Nail:
Someone should replace Nail, because now Uub is not going to fight which is another mistake. The fight between Nail and Recoome should have been a flashback to avoid this void.

5th - Future Trunks vs Vegeta:
Very likely Vegeta will be a ssj 3.It is possible that Trunks will be one as well, but, obviously, Vegeta will beat him, because, he is Vegeta.

6th - Pan vs Kakarotto:
Pan decided to forfeit, therefore this was another casting error considering that with so many good characters it is silly to use a second Pan for nothing..

7th - Cell vs Bojack:
Bojack should have a new transformation just to make things interesting, but i think it will be just another
Cell easy boring domination.Pointless match up in these circumstances.

8th - Tapion vs Kuririn
This fight can be interesting, but probably Kuririn will win, because the author is an huge Kuririn fan.
I like to think Tapion was very powerful.

9th - Vegetto vs XXI
Unless Vegetto gives up there is no way XXI can beat the strongest DBZ character.

10th - 18# vs Arale:
This is quite sad.A-18 will beat another gag character.Yamcha should have been the one fighting in the tournament, because he was much more powerful than the original androids and specially, because he has learned how
to improve his power beyond his cyborg limits.

It would be a lot more interesting to see Cyborg Yamcha vs King Cold in a competitive match.

11th - Gotenks vs Nekomajin:
Another pointless gag fight

12th - Buu vs Tenshinhan
This is quite ridiculous . What is the point to have Tenshinhan fighting someone so strong like Zen Buu?
Tenshinhan could have fought so many characters.

Even if the elder Kaioshin somehow awakens Tenshinhan full potential he will lose badly.
It is pointless even if they decide to explore something related with his supposed alien ancestry
or this "...In certain parts of Asia, beings with a third eye on their forehead are thought to be god-like and are said to posses the power of true seeing. It seems that Tenshinhan, who was raised by the evil Tsuru-Sen'nin, lost the ability to use the myriad powers of his third eye for good purposes..."

(January 2003 issue of Shonen Jump, Toriyama fan letter answers/interview.)

Zen Buu is too strong.

13th - Son Bra vs Eleim
Another easy match to predict, Bra will win easily

14th - King Cold vs Bardock
It can be interesting if Bardock mastered SSJ full power or if he close to do it,

15th - Raichi vs Vegeta (Universe 8 )
I expect Raichi to become Hatchiyack, but in the end, i think this Vegeta will be a ssj2 and he will lose.

16th - King Piccolo vs Gast Carcolh:
Obviously, Gast just defeated Cell Jr. ssj2,therefore, there is no way Piccolo Daimaoh is even close to him.

I highly doubt Piccolo is stronger than a regular ssj.

I rate Gast as someone more powerful than Ultimate Gohan by a long shot.
I expect to see Gast at least in the semi-final.

You mean that Boo & Oob will merge, like in GT? I highly doubt it, Salagir hates GT. I don't think that he will use GT elements.

Where are the mistakes & errors? Nail forfeits, Oob wins by default. Pan forfeits, Kakarotto wins by default. It's simple.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

I'm really tired of fights by this point. I hope by the next chapter of the story everybody will call the day off and have a break of several hours. We need a chapter entirely composed by interaction between characters - Yamcha & #18, Piccolo & Damaio, Tenshinhan & Elder Kaioshin, Saiyans & Saiyans, etc.

Yeah,unfortunately you are right.
Where are the mistakes & errors? Nail forfeits, Oob wins by default. Pan forfeits, Kakarotto wins by default. It's simple.
I explained my points very well.
The mistakes are in the mismatches that could be easily avoided by doing a better and clever draw.
Uub should fight no matter what, therefore, his opponent should be someone who could give him a competitive fight not Nail.

Nail should be matched against someone he could beat like in the first round.Nail could fight for instance Nappa or Daimaoh.

IMO there is no reason to bring 2 Pans specially if she is going to forfeit, because that takes one match from the tournament for no reason.

There are enough interesting characters in the DBZ world to make competitive matches or the tournament becomes dull
and predictable.

The draw should be like in a Grand Slam tournament:
where you have to win 7 matches.
That would give enough time for everyone to fight and talk about the different Universes.
Tenshinhan & Elder Kaioshin
I highly doubt he will lose time with Tenshinhan(which is a shame),after all,he is going to fight Zen Buu.

"Dragon Ball Origins: After the fall" is interesting.
It seems Tenshinhan can use a technique named Mittsugan.

New special coming up according to the front page. It starts next Friday, starring Gast Carcolh. Even better, the art is actually good.
Usually goes by "Kevtrev" elsewhere online.
Draws comics that may or may not have been blatantly inspired by Akira Toriyama's manga.

If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! We take joy in trying to exceed our grasp, in trying to reach for something that in the end, we have to admit may in fact be unreachable!"

This doesn't bother me. U7 is one of the backstories I wanted to see anyway.

The new special looks like it's going to be good. I just checked out the artist's blog and he has a lot of good work there. This is probably the only special I'm looking forward too... Besides my own *Tee-hee*

Thank you, Salagir. Thank you very much.

The options for a break of half a day (is it an Earthling day? :P) are immense. I hope they take full advantage of this and don't rush it.

I'm with Tony, I really enjoy this page but hope that it's just the tip of the iceberg. I want to see lots of universe interaction.

They already conveniently went "a few hours later", so I wouldn't get your hopes up too much. Though I'm sure we'll see some interesting interaction.

Yeah, I definitely want to see some Piccolo Jr./Piccolo Jr./Piccolo Daimao interaction.

Yeah, I want to see both Jrs. talking to daddy.
