On AXN Spin, so far two episodes aired, my opinions so far:
-It got different voice-over, and better translation, based on Japanese version, instead of French, dub is also Japanese,
-We got Goku, instead of Songo, Cesarz Pilaf (Your Highness Pilaf) Bulla, instead of Brajla
-Episode previews are missing, but, we got sponsor card before episode title

France's and Portugal's version were like that too (AB Groupe).
Interestingly enough, the Portuguese dub used the original terms that they didn't back then with the (flawed) DBZ dub.
- From "Boo Boo" to "Majin Boo" (big improvement!)
- "Big Bang Attack"
There were probably much more but I'm just able to remember these two.
But Super Warrior's still Super Warrior, it's a cool alternative name to Super Saiyan.
FUNimation 2015 Releases I want:
- Kai 2.0 on Blu-ray

Huh... those guys in that first screenshot seem to have Stars of David on their shields. When did they show up? I don't think I remember seeing them before (but then again, I never really watched much of GT, and it's been a while since I've seen any of it...)

The Czech version uses Bulla too.
Hey that's cool, from what I remember, French dub was only until episode where SSJ4 Goku was firing red huge kamehameha and then it switched to Japanese in the original run on RTL7.
We got these sponsor cards too. Is that caption the same quality from TV?
I think the version airing in Poland is the same we got in CZ on Animax from Hungarian Animax. Also, there was plan of Polish Animax, but somehow that didn't happen and AXN channels are from the same channel family, so that explains Bulla and sponsor cards.
Only difference is, we get the previews, tough interestingly enough not on TV but streaming on the Animax web page.

A reply like this is forbidden... I don't think this is the first time GT has been on air in Poland, though. I remember seeing it either through a clip on internet, or at the time I had that Polish RTL channel.

Sure it's not, they aired the whole series from Dragon Ball trough Z ending with GT around the year 2000-2001.

While many names were changed to accurate, they still left some old names (Genialny Żółw, translated from French name Tortue Géniale, instead of Turtle Hermit) And yes, All Dragon Ball series air in 1999-2003 years on RTL7

This new version is ridiculous. After all these years, they're using the voice over again. And what's even worse, translation is based on FUNimation's English dub! So much for script accuracy...
There are translation errors, even though they are translating it from English, not Japanese. I didn't know if I should laugh or cry, when Pilaf talked to Mai like she was a man, not a female.

What did you expect? Proper dub? No way, people accept poor-man equivalent, so why should anyone care to put some effort for better quality?

I checked on DVD, and you`re right, translation is based on Funimation English dub.

Proper Polish dub on channels other than Cartoon Network or some other channel for kids? Of course not. I expected subtitled version, like in anime shows that air on Hyper. But ok, we got the voice-over, just like few years ago. When GT switched to Japanese version after 30 or so episodes with French dub back then, than translation was based on original version. So, if it was possible back then, than it should've been possible now.
If they wanted to use FUNi's dub script, then they should've used their dub. Not that it's better than the original, but at least what voice-over says would be accurate (more or less) to what the character on screen is saying.

To start we must admit that there's no way that voice over can be accurate- roughly about 1/3 to 1/2 is technically possible to translate that way.
I always had a hope that DB will be re-aired on CN or ZigZap (R.I.P:()- apart from Disney there were two channels that made the decent dubs. Considering the target the second one would be perfect.
AXN channels usually give over dub so you shouldn't be surprised that they chose that option. The only things that bothers me is Funi dub as a base and didn't bother to compare translation with manga.
