I'm not sure if the song is from DragonBall or not, but would anyone happen to know what the song in the video is called? I thought it sounded like it was from one of the butouden games. What about the menu as well?

I don't know exactly what the one plays during the battle is and whether it's related to DB, but I found it in my old mugen folder: http://www.4shared.com/music/ODb1Ne_5/BattleZ.html
This was included in Dragon Ball Z MUGEN Edition or something like that I downloaded about ten years ago.

The "Battle Z" one is actually the boss theme from Final Fantasy Adventure/Seiken Densetsu. I found this out by coincidence years ago and never figured out why it was in every old DBZ website's music section.
