Like the style of it, but I'm not gonna lie... I hate the use of the Chilled picture. That render just ruins it in my opinion. If you can find the drawn artwork, then it would look great.

Awesome Chilled pic above! But Chilled isn't a DBZ character, EoB was named just "Dragon Ball", and if it should be anything, it would be "Dragon Ball Heroes", not "Dragon Ball Z", or just "Dragon Ball" refering to the manga, not the anime.

But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

It's originally titled as "Dragon Ball" but in terms of series where does it belong? Dragon Ball Z / Kai.

Anywho, I like the cover but Chilled and the Pokémon lookalikes rip-offs, kind of ruin it for me, they don't even look better than Pokémons. :?

Plus, the plot of DBZ EoB is pretty stupid and pointless, didn't like this neither.

I still find Chilled to be one of the ugliest Dragon Ball characters ever made.

His design is just an eyesore to me.

But why? Is there any reason? It doesn't take place in any Dragon Ball series era, and it was created to advertise Dragon Ball Heroes. So, I put it to Dragon Ball Heroes.

FUNimation would think otherwise. So do I.

"Dragon Ball Heroes" is more than just Dragon Ball Z.

Dragon Ball: Raging Blast should've been "Dragon Ball Z: Raging Blast" 'cos there's no DB story at all, neither.

I know, but we can't do a different presentation just for this movie just because it hasn't the Z on the title. Anyways we'll do a new presentation for all our vectors

I don't care how FUNi thinks, they once thought that Bardock was a brilliant scientist. Dragon Ball Heroes whouldn't be Dragon Ball Z Heroes, like Dragon Ball Online wouldn't be Dragon Ball Z Online. But Dragon Ball: Raging Blast could be Dragon Ball Z: Raging Blast, but DBH & DBO seems to me that they are getting special treatment. Dragon Ball: Raging Blast was without the "Z" because every game from that point were called simply "Dragon Ball" or "Dragon Ball Kai", at least in Japan.

I agree because it goes beyond DBZ and there's a lot do do and create with the custom characters / world.
DBZGTKOSDH wrote:Dragon Ball: Raging Blast was without the "Z" because every game from that point were called simply "Dragon Ball" or "Dragon Ball Kai", at least in Japan.
GBA:
Dragon Ball Z Supersonic Warriors (Buku Togeki)
Dragon Ball Z Supersonic Warriors (Buku Ressen)

NGC:
Dragon Ball Z
Dragon Ball Z 2

PS2:
Dragon Ball Z
Dragon Ball Z 2
Dragon Ball Z 3
Dragon Ball Z Sparking
Dragon Ball Z Sparking Neo
Dragon Ball Z Sparking Meteor

Wii:
Dragon Ball Z Sparking Meteor

Xbox 360 / PS3:
Dragon Ball Z Burst Limit

And then the Raging Blast (+ Ultimate Blast) series came along as "Dragon Ball". Ultimate Tenkaichi's DBZ but it doesn't feature the original music of the series, argh!

If it doesn't contain the original Dragon Ball story then let it be "Dragon Ball Z" instead. At least Sparking Meteor (International title: Budokai Tenkaichi 3) featured the original Dragon Ball original series story! :D

Dragon Ball Z 1/2/3 = Budokai 1/2/3
Dragon Ball Z Sparking / Neo / Meteor = BT1/BT2/BT3

I wish FUNimation would've renamed "Dragon Ball: Raging Blast" to "Dragon Ball Z: Raging Blast".

the Pokémon lookalikes rip-offs, kind of ruin it for me, they don't even look better than Pokémons.
Why do you keep comparing those little guys to Pokémon? Seriously, in what way do they look like Pokémon? (The plural is just "Pokémon," by the way, not "Pokémons.")

They remind me more of Table's wife than anything, except that they have stalk-eyes like a snail or something instead of dot-eyes.

Take a look at the Pokémons and don't tell me you don't see similarity between them.

Even the actual Pokémons look better than these rip-offs.

I hope Ooishi Naho won't do any more awful crap DBZ stories like DBZ EoB was, or anything related to Dragon Ball World!

Of all the nearly 800 existing models of Pokémon, including forms and what not, I can't see a single one who remotely looks like these guys. These guys are just random aliens, I really don't understand the hate towards them. Is it the eyes? The shape of the head or something? C'mon, Toriyama came up with the Nikochan race, a race of aliens with a butt in their heads. I really don't see anything wrong with these guys and I bet if it was found that Toriyama actually drew these guys suddenly all the hate towards them would disappear.

I hope she does, she's not on Toriyama's level of story telling, but it's still not too bad and at least we're getting new stuff. I would like to see something related to new Super Saiyan 3's for example.

I know what Pokémon look like (I've played every single generation of the games, and currently own at least one version from each, if not both.) That's why I'm confused by you claiming they're so similar to Pokémon, when they're... really not. What Pokémon in particular do they remind you of? Because I really can't see much of a resemblance at all, they look more like the various "tiny round-headed aliens" that Toriyama has drawn several times (which Table's wife also looks like) combined with a snail or slug (the stalk-eyes.) Plus, they're wearing clothes... there's only, what, maybe four or five Pokémon that actually wear clothes?

Nice cover :) any chance of getting that in English? chilled looks a little weird though :P
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128
