Super Exciting Guide: worth buying?

So that's the question for someone who owns them. Do they contain (enough) new information/images?
I'm asking because I already have the Daizenshuus, the GT Perfect Files, Landmark, Forever, Tenkaichi Densetsu, Son Goku Densetsu, Anime Illustration and the manga, and I want to know if they are worth buying.
I have read that almost everything is recycled from previous databooks...
