Supposedly, GT Base Goku is leaps and bounds beyond his SSj3 self from the Majin Boo arc for yadda-yadda whatever reason. When Baby-Vegeta pulls in "Saiya power" from his various half-breed brainwashed minions in order to ascend to his "Super Baby" form, Bra was included among them. Nothing suggests that Vegetto is omnipotent, much less so when he came into existence after Gotenks used the Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack. In-universe answer: Vegeta saw it in the afterlife via Enma's big-ass TV or crystal ball. Out-of-universe answer: that's Toriyama for ya!

Yeah, I think that it may've been dormant power that Baby was pulling in, if you really want to twist it into making some semblance of sense. Bra's a half-Saiyan, so she must have at least some power worth taking in. If not that, then I guess Baby was just like, "Fuck it, I may as well take her power along with the rest of them", rather than leaving it to waste (however little it may've been). I suppose you could compare it to #20 absorbing Yamcha's ki and later wanting to absorb everyone else's (including the Earthlings) to overpower Vegeta.

Therefore, SS3 Goku would rape Bra so hard she'd fall into a coma.

Yes, it's fun to joke about how Vegetto is 'borderline omnipotent,' because... well, he really IS the closest thing we've ever seen to omnipotence in Dragon Ball. What other label might one apply to a character who, even after being transformed into a tiny piece of candy, retained all his power, consciousness, and even his ability to speak despite not having a mouth (that ain't even telepathy, son; those were speech bubbles!)? Heck, in the anime, he fixed the universe with a punch.

The jokes might be a little overdone by some of us, yeah. But really. Super Vegetto is by leaps and bounds the strongest character in the whole franchise. What does it matter how anyone takes that and plays with it? This stuff shouldn't be so 'serious business' as to get upset or annoyed over it.

Dead Ssj3 Goku vs Kidbuu vs Ssj Gotenks(Post Rosat)

SSjin Gotenks (Pre-RoSaT) was already stated to be > SSjin 3 Goku.

He then powered up so much in the RoSaT that his base blew out Piccolo's expectations for his SSjin form... so even Base Gotenks Post would destroy both of them with a Kiai IMO.

Bra roflstomps due to the implications of her power helping to push Vegeta-Baby to SSjin 2, and her being confident ganging up on Son Goku with the other three Saiya-jins IMO.

I personally just feel everybody in the Baby arc got an ungodly huge hax in order to keep up with Son Goku's constantly rising Battle Power.

SSjin 2 Goten-Baby was powerful enough to overpower Base Gohan, who the GT Perfect Files says is above Ultimate Gohan, etc. Bra being this powerful makes perfect sense considering this.

I'm just saying, it does somewhat take away from what's supposed to be a legitimate discussion when you have a constant stream of Vegetto jokes that's about as funny as the Chris Norris jokes that have been repeated for the millionth time around the internet, and while I understand that it's probably not gotten as bad as that, it may eventually be before long. There's only so far you can take a joke without ending up pissing everyone off because you beat that dead horse one time too many.

Maybe I should lighten up. Maybe I have a bad sense of humour. Maybe I'm being a grumpy bastard due to some unexplainable outside influence. But when we're trying to (relatively) seriously explain how Vegetto knew that the Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack was Gotenks' technique, and then someone regurgitates the same "Vegetto is omnipotent God-tier" joke, it doesn't really offer anything new.

Oh yeah, and the whole "Vegetto is still super-duper even as a candy" was gaggity, gaggity, goo. I.e. a gag scene. And the anime doesn't count. You should know that. And while Vegetto may be the strongest character in Z, there are some who believe that there are characters even stronger than him in GT. I don't necessarily agree with that (due to GT's bullshit power-scaling), but understand that not everyone buys into how ultra-awesome SUPER VEGETTO-SAMA is. If I sound like a killjoy...well, so be it.

Can't say I really see a clear answer to her vs SS3 Goku from Buu arc because I'm not really sure how strong she is. However I don't think she is strong since she never really does anything. And didn't Vegeta carry her when he got attacked by Bebi Gohan or something like that? I don't think he would of done that if she had decent power (though maybe he is more protective of her than Trunks).

Now see, there you go! THAT is a practical and reasonable answer. "He's taking her energy because she's there, and at the very least has way more to give than the average human. Every little bit counts." It's sure a better answer than, "HAX! FREE HAX FOR EVERYONE!"
