Is there anyone here who hasn't seen the whole series?

Discussion regarding the entirety of the franchise in a general (meta) sense, including such aspects as: production, trends, merchandise, fan culture, and more.

In the UK alone, I'm sure there were plenty that missed episodes during the original airing of Z. The show had moved channels (from Cartoon Network/Toonami to CNX) during the Buu arc and in order for myself to watch it, I believe my folks would've had to change our digital TV provider (which I believe they did eventually, obviously not only for that reason). If memory serves correctly, I stopped when the 'evil' Buu arrived and carried on watching when they were inside Buu.

I haven't watch all of Dragon Ball. I've reached up to episode 30 and then 145-153 and that's because I've been adding subtitles to my Dragon Box discs. I do like the series, very enjoyable.

GT, I have yet to watch the whole series. I watched episodes here and there from the old FUNimation singles and in English... I loathed the music. The dub was not all the bad.

Z, watched everything. I did this feat with the orange bricks!

The movies, again because of my custom subtitles. Before that I only watched a few films.

I haven't seen half of GT, simply because it's too depressing for me to watch. As for everything else... I've seen it.
I have a Dragon Ball collection of sorts which can be seen here.

As far as the whole anime goes, I've seen all of DB, Z, GT and the movies in both Japanese and the dub. I think the only things I haven't seen yet is the Episode of Bardock feature and the last 30 or so episodes of Kai.

I've read the entire manga, but I haven't seen the entire anime of DB/Z/GT (only clips here and there). I've seen all the movies and specials online, apart from the three DB movies, DBZ Movie #11, the 10th anniversary special and the GT special. They don't sell any of the DB/Z/GT anime DVDs where I live, and while I could order online, I don't have much money to spend on something that isn't in my priorities.

I'm probably the worst fan here. I've only watched bits and pieces of Dragon Ball when it aired on Cartoon Network. I have all 7 Dragon Boxes but have only watched up through box 6, though I've watched a little bit past that back when it aired on Toonami. I've also read some of the DBZ manga from the library, but I had to skip around some since they didn't have all of the volumes available. I've also caught a couple episodes of Kai.

I've never seen any of the movies or any of GT.

My current plan is to finish watching the DBoxes in English, then watch Kai up through what is released on Blu-ray, then go back and watch the DBoxes again in Japanese. Hopefully by then, there will be news on DBoxes for the original series, the movies, and/or GT.

I've seen all of Z from Raditz up to the Ginyu Force (split between Z and Kai... I pretty much missed all of the Freeza saga in Z), bits and pieces of everything between them and Trunks' arrival, and then everything from there until the end of Z (part of the Android saga in Kai, also.) I've also seen movies 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 10, and 13, and read the entire Android, Cell, and Buu sagas in the manga, as well as the earlier parts of the Saiyan saga.

I haven't seen very much of Dragonball in either anime or manga form, unfortunately. Pretty much just one of the movies (the one that retells part of the story with Tao and Chiaotzu) and a few random episodes here and there. I also haven't seen all of GT (...which is not quite as unfortunate.) Though I did still see parts of the "search for the Dragonballs across the galaxy" part, most of the General Rilldo fight and the stuff surrounding that, and all of the Super 17 episodes.

I've seen every episode, but it was scattered. I saw nearly every episode of Z from 1 to 200 roughly in order. Then I largely stopped watching it on TV and just got the DVDs as they came out for Buu. DB I've seen every episode, but only a handful on TV. That was almost exclusively DVDs. I can't recall ever watching GT on TV except one time when the International Channel ran it and I taped the raw SSJ4 transformation episode out of curiosity.

Seen all of DB in Japanese, all of Z (JP and dub), and 1-25 of GT (and the last GT episode too). I also haven't seen the movies with Android 13 or Bio Brolly, seen all the rest though, I think.

I have never watched DBGT, or even seen an episode in its entirety.

I bought the complete series boxset on DVD but have yet to summon the courage to remove it from its plastic wrapping.

I've seen almost all of the series in uncut dubs, except for the "Lost Episodes" of GT (by the time they appeared on Cartoon Network, I didn't care enough about GT to watch them), but not in Japanese. I finally got through Z's subs with the Dragon Boxes, and have seen all the movies and TV specials in English and Japanese, as well as the OVAs in Japanese, but I've only seen a little bit of Dragon Ball's subs, the Daimao and 23rd Budokai arcs.

As for GT, I finally saw every episode least year when I bought the Complete Series brick, but I watched them subbed until I got to where FUNi started initially, and left it alone because I didn't feel like devoting time to GT.

The biggest one for me is that I have not seen all of the cell games. Just the last few episodes of it. I should really recitfy that. I've also not seen the Piccolo saga in Dragonball, or the Dragonball movies (except for The Path to Power).

Unfortunately, I have seen all of GT.

I still haven't seen most of GT. I started watching the Bebi saga and got bored after about six episodes. It was strange...it just didn't feel like dragonball.

Other than that I've seen pretty much everything released outside of Japan but would love to see The Jump Tour special, Episode of Bardock and Plan to Destroy the Saiyans. I really hope they see an english release someday too.

Oh and I've seen only two episodes of Kai. I had just finished ordering parts 1-3 when I discovered they're discontinuing the individual releases and starting season sets...which would be a lot cheaper... :x

Planning to do a massive watch of all three series barring episodes 82-168 of DBZ, which I'll read the manga for (and I've only got the majority of the Artificial Human-Cell arc in manga form anyway).

I have seen all of GT though in English, and the Saiyan to Freeza arcs...
It is in his character to be rude and a bit crass. He's a hick, with no formal education. That is Son Goku. That is who he is.

Superman in an orange Gi was the bastard son of FUNimation. Its not The real character, it is as false as Chatku.

I have finished DB, DB movies, and DBZ. I haven't watched GT or the DBZ movies. When I eventually buy them, that's when I'll start watching!

I've seen all of DB and Z.

I've only seen scattered eps of GT and don't plan to finish it unless it's US Dbox comes out or I have a large amount of alcohol nearby.

The only part of the series I've watched in full is Z. I've also seen all of the movies and specials with the exception of DB Movie 1 and the entirety of Z Movie 4.

I've yet to see some of the episodes in the Piccolo Daimao and 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai arcs in Dragon Ball, and the final arc of GT, which I've only watched one episode of. I've also only read about 10% of the manga, but I plan on reading the whole thing eventually.

I've seen about half of Kai, but don't plan on finishing it.

Unless you're counting Kai, I've seen all of the non never-released-on-video stuff. Haven't seen any Kai since around episode 15.
