I understand that these Blu-Rays probably aren't resurfacing any time soon, but I still don't really get why they can't just flat-out say that it was cancelled. I mean, what would the point of suspending something be if there wasn't going to be any intention of getting back to it? Or at this point, is it just for the sake of formality?

With funimation cancelled means won't ever see it agian. Just like the UUE. They morphed into the season sets.

IF the BDs get cancelled, don't to expect to Z on BD ever again. They'll jsut morph into another DVD release.

Which is a way of saying, "We can't keep making these anymore."

They have literally said they are discontinuing production on these releases. They have SAID they are cancelled.

You really need to get over this fact.

You really need to stop making it a fact that they're cancelled.

How do you figure that?

...Are you high? All of what you said makes zero sense. If the UUEs "morphed" into anything, they morphed into their Spanish only releases. The seasons are something totally different.

And it's not IF they're canceled. They're done. They can't make them anymore. If they do make anymore Z Blu-rays anytime soon, they'll also be something totally different.

Also, stop entirely changing your posts. It's frustrating.

You are aware the word suspended can, and is often, used in place of the word cancelled right?

I actually gave you an example earlier.

They have literally said they aren't working on it anymore and that they are 'discontinuing production.'

No one is talking about dub or sub things. You are so pointless all the time.

They are cancelled, this is a factual... thing.

...The hell does this have to do with sub vs dub?

So are you.

Before I comment.

I have to agree with nathan, you need to think about what you want to say, THEN type it. If you need to redo your post nearly from scratch, you haven't put enough thought into it to post it.

Also, work on your spelling.

As for your actual post...

2.1 and 2.2 weren't done. They may have finished remastering episodes, but they weren't at the point where they have finished product sitting in a warehouse. If they did those would be going out.

Let's be clear here.

I am a staff member, and I am telling you to do what you agreed to when you signed up at this forum.

I won't get on anyone's ass because we are having a disagreement, but you WILL follow the rules. Period. There is no discussion on that matter as there is on our discussion about DBZ BDs.

I apologize. I'm sorry for getting a little rude.

Back on the BDs. I think they are spended and not cancelled yet. I'm sticking with that.

Why? They said they aren't going to make any more of them.

If there's any future Blu-rays, it won't be like these ones again.

They have talked to ANN, they have said they are not continuing production on them. There is very little more they can say to clarify.

They are not working on them anymore. That means they are cancelled.

I think you are confusing them not saying the 'word' cancelled as somehow meaning they aren't cancelled.

That isn't technically true. They could easily decide in a year with new technology, or staff members, that there is a way for them to do it identically and just pick up from where they left off. (And to clarify, I don't literally mean a year, 'a year' is just a placeholder for 'in the future'.)

They are still cancelled for the time being, but they could easily pick them up again later if they so choose.
