Question about movie villians

Who created the villians for the DBZ movies? Clearly Toriyama is co creator on the ones he designed. But who first thought up the various villians?

Also which villians did Toriyama design?

I'm not entirely sure on that; I recall Toriyama designed Dr. Wheelo, Broli (both regular and legendary), as well as Bojack.

He also designed Coola, Lord Slug and Tapion and Hildegarn. The ones I'm curious about are

Janemba was definitely a TOEI creation (Toriyama even commented in one of the Daizenshuu interviews about how impressed he was with it). Toriyama also did Minosha (Tapion's younger brother) and he may have done the other members of Coola's and Bojacks group. I believe he also did the initial sketch for the Tree of Might from movie 3. I think Garlic Jr. and the androids were TOEI's work.

I could have swore I saw the design pages Toriyama did for some of the movie villians on this site. But I can't find them now.

Though often not all that reliable of a source, I went ahead and checked IMDB for Toriyama's information but it wasn't really specific on anything other than he is credited with story and character on a bunch of movies, but all that could mean was that he's getting credit for coming up with characters like Vegeta and Trunks. For some reason he has no credit listed for Movie 2, though it's probably just a mistake on their part. I suppose we might get lucky if we checked the credits to the actual movies themselves, though its details may not get anymore specific than IMDB was.

Oh, and I did happen to find DaizEX's character design images (by finding it on Google accidentally I might add) which you can view here.

I just checked Daizenshuu 6, and I did notice some characters sketches for Super Gogeta from Movie 12, but I'm not sure if they were done by Toriyama or not. If I happen to find any additional information, I'll post it.
