I found an S.H Figurearts SS Vegeta for 18.25 in a comic store today.

Did I get a good deal?

Assuming it's legit then yes that's a phenomenal deal. Figuarts figures are typically around $40-50 now.
I have a Dragon Ball collection of sorts which can be seen here.
