Piccolo having 5 fingers is a common error in the anime. Does this error also occurs in the manga

Once. When King Piccolo says something like "You have four days" or something to that nature, it shows him with a five fingered hand holding up four of his fingers up. There's also a little note from Toriyama saying "Look! He grew up finger!" with the Toribot doing that embarrassed back-of-head-rub that we see EVERYWHERE in anime and manga.

To clarify, it quite clearly says five, not four. So not an error considering that he intended to create it like that.

I don't have a scan, but I recall there being a page or two, while Goku's fighting Reacoom, that Kuririn has Goku's 悟 "Go" kanji on his back, instead of 亀 "Kame." See if you can spot it, Son_Gohan!

I always guessed that this was from Toriyama drawing SSj3 Gotenks more and just forgot that Goku as SSj3 had a different hairstyle. Luckily Toei realized this error.

Trunks' shoulder and neck are colored like his hair and like his armor, instead of blue:

You can kinda tell by the shapes of the silhouettes that they have no actual relevance to the villains they encounter in the movie.

Gohan's eyes are drawn closed off. It's almost as if he was originally drawn as a Super Saiyan but colored in his base form.

Its Toriyama, there are a lot of errors in the manga. lol If you really want to pick it apart, you can generally find something wrong on each page...or at least every chapter if he is having a good week. xD Its most evident starting in the Saiyan Arc though, the errors seem to become more prevalent, almost as if you can tell he's drawing it but doesn't care to double check the work.

Really? Every page? Well, I know that is an exaggeration. Akira Toriyama is above all things a character artist, though. So, I was kind of surprised to see things like the wrong symbols on the uniforms, and the like. Had never noticed anything like this before. I guess it's far more obvious for one who can actually read those symbols, it'd look like a pretty glaring error, compared to us looking at it.
