In that website they mention this error:

During DBGT episode #42, we see many dead villains flying out of Hell and Cooler too! Even though GT has plenty of plotholes (like Pilaf being alive) and basically, Toei did whatever they want, Cooler isn't canon to the DB universe. He shouldn't have been there!

It doesn't bother me that Coola is there, if you consider that DBGT isn't canon, they may as well use the movies that aren't canon either. But what bothers me is... why Android 19 and Metallic are there? They are supposed to be full robots, with no soul, so they shouldn't go to Hell when they "die".

I dunno if this one's been said yet. I've browsed through most of the thread and didn't see it. In the opening scene of Ultimate Tenkaichi, Yamcha is shown wearing a gi that has the Kaio logo on the front and back.

In the last panel on page 7 of chapter 516, Goku's left wristband isn't blackened in.

There is an other error in Fusion Movie, in Japanese just before Goku & Bejita make the fusion, we can hear "Fusion" in background.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he wear that gi in DBZ Movie #3?

I think generally, even in the manga, post-Freeza arc, Yamcha's symbols on his gi are inconsistent. He flips from having the Kaiou logo on the front and Kame logo on the back, to then having the Kame logo on the front and back.

In some episodes they have their names in the tag, in other episodes it just says Capsule Corp (and also that zip in their right side comes and goes):

Oh yeah I didn't really notice that, his skin should be much whiter. He is in Super Vegeta form by the way, just punched by Perfect Cell.

A few mistakes in 2 episodes when Trunks fights Cell.

1. First one in the top, part of Goku's blue clothes are colored like his neck when he is SS, then turn blue when goes back to normal.
2. Vegeta's boot is missing the yellow part.
3. That is Trunks' knee. You could consider it a mistake or not, but it's just colored too dark, like black instead of blue.
4. Yamcha's clothes are colored like his arm, making it look like he has a super huge arm.
5. The neck part of Trunks' clothes are colored like his skin, and his boots are missing the yellow part.
