Other than the base, that actually looks damn good, but I really just like Banpresto lines. I don't know, it just seems more of a premium brand to me. And I don't buy figures often because I don't have much room, like never until recently, so when I do, I want to buy from the best of the best. I'm picky as hell, I know.

I don't like the height of piccolo. Its why I ended up not getting him and Android 20 I just didn't have a need for. I know hes bending his knees and crouching but still

Articulated hair! Now the criticism that the hair was too far back is no longer an issue. I really want it now, especially since I've always been a fan of Super Saiyan 3 Goku ever since I'd learned of the form when I was a kid...

That would be AMAZING, but also kind of scary. After I just jumped the gun and ordered Piccolo, I'm hoping they aren't going to rerelease him and Gohan in the new paint style...I'll have to kick myself in the ass if they do.

Wait, has Cell been confirmed? Personally I rather have Bardock (Base and SS), Chilled and Freeza (true form preferred). lol

Anyway, why is anyone bitching about Goku being in the wrong dogi? Besides SS3 Goku, every character we've gotten so far has been from the Jinzoningen or Cell portions of the series. If anything, it made more sense that that was the dogi Goku was in...

Some people feel that the normal Goku prototype that was being shown was too much of a rehash by using the SSJ/SSJ3 body. With a pre-Android Goku, you'd get a unique sculpt and many more people would be willing to double-dip.

It also opens up the possibility of getting that Saiyan arc Vegeta that was in the poll to go with Goku.

Personally, I'll take him either way. My Shonen Jump shelf has been feeling bare without Goku there. (Got Revoltech Kenshiro, Figuarts Luffy and Super Action Statue Jotaro/Star Platinum sitting there waiting for him.)

Interesting...sort of disappointed though, I wanted Freeza first. It is Perfect Cell that was on the poll, correct? I rather have just the final forms of villains if its going to be a "skimpy" line, but It still would have been cool to see Imperfect Cell in his true glory.

Hmm...I won't mind if they switch up the sculpts as long as they keep the same joints used for the previous releases. I like to customize figures, but buying a lot of Figuarts to get the form/outfit combinations I want isn't exactly cost effective. It'd be nice if I'm able to switch it up and put SS Vegeta's head on a theoretical Saiyan Arc Vegeta, and vice versa. The normal SS Goku and the SDCC SS Goku may be the same mold, but the peg on my SDCC release is a little smaller than the original or something, as I swapped the heads between the two a couple of times and now my SDCC head is a little loose when posing...

Yeah, I was a little worried when I saw that shortly after I placed my order once I was aware of the restock the other day. Made me wonder if he hadn't already sold out before mine got reviewed. But, I was just charged today, so he should be shipping out sometime soon.
