I was saying that because some people here were saying they were flat-out cancelled or discontinued like the "Ultimate Uncut Edition" singles. I was thinking from the press release that FUNimation was basically trying to say "We're unsure if they
are cancelled and maybe we'll continue them one day, but as as of now, we can't continue releasing the Blu-rays."

We believe it's just a way for them to somewhat save-face in light of canceling a product so quickly, and to also keep something "new" for the franchise out on retailer/store shelves during the remainder of time they have the franchise sub-licensed for their current run (which is through 2015).
Well, okay, I didn't mean
all the funds, I was trying to say maybe part of it.

In a nutshell, too expensive and labor-intensive to release as the price point they had in the time table they had set with the sales they were seeing.
So basically, its both? Understandable.
Either way, those Blu-rays were seriously the best release of the series FUNimation has ever done IMO. It was almost everything that I wanted from them: Great 1080p remaster, frame-by-frame restoration, accurate colors that are closer the the orginal Japanese TV broadcast, Special Features (to me any kind will do), slightly more picture of all sides of the frame (the most picture out of all of the home media releases so far), and all 3 audio tracks from the Orange Bricks. If it only had the Japanese title cards and NEPs it would have been perfect! I just hope one day they will continue releasing them, so until then I'm sticking with my Dragon Boxes for now.
