Dragon Ball Z Kai: Season 2 Collection

The content of the episodes have been discussed over and over and over, both from the original Japanese airing / home release and FUNimation's TV broadcast / home release.

A new thread about a re-packaged version of the show likely isn't going to tread that same ground for a third/fourth time.

It matters for people who buy the products, the content is important yes, but the design art cover gives the Blu-ray / DVD a stylish look.

So yes, the design art cover matters a lot to me and others as you can see.

The DBZK Parts like this will look pretty cool too, but awaiting for all Parts to be released.

What I'm trying to say is that I don't understand why everyone complains and cries over the covers of the FUNi Kai sets, they don't look bad at all!

I mean, at least they don't look like crappy photoshopped bootleg covers, or anything like this:

The whole "stop nitpicking" nonsense drives me insane. To what point are people allowed to express their opinions and thoughts? Who gets to decide what that line is?

Its an extremely minor thing that doesn't necessarily really need to be overlooked or raged on. Besides, like what I said earlier, the Kai sets don't "bad" at all.

What you're saying is that you think the covers are constructed well-enough. That's fine. What you've just done is express your opinion.

What you're also inferring is that, if someone doesn't think so, they shouldn't express that opinion, because it's just "nitpicking", and you don't want to read it.

I don't know what else to say other than "too bad". As already explained, these episodes are being released for the second time (third time in the case of 1-13) in North America, have already aired in North America on two TV networks, have aired in Japan, and have also been released on home video in Japan.

People are going to talk about the cover art, both positively and negatively -- that's all that's left to talk about for folks that have been following it the entire time, and they are free to express whatever it is they want to say about the set's art so long as they're not personally attacking anyone.

I hope the part three cover is used for season three and whatever parts eight's cover is will be used for the fourth and final season.

Season Three follows the Artificial Human and Imperfect Cell (if I'm not mistaken), so I'd bet they're going to use Part Five's cover.

I hope not. With small release like the Z season sets and these Kai season sets I don't like seeing the same characters used over and over.

Piccolo served for DBZ Kai Part 3 because he was a Namekian, but now for Season Three, where it's about Mecha Freeza, Artificial Humans and Imperfect Cell (I think), P3 cover doesn't fit at all, either Part 5 or 6.

I'd bet it is indeed Part 5's cover.

Season 3 covering the parts were Cell enters, part 3's cover fits. Piccolo emerging with Kami, chanllenging Cell, and fighting the androids. Goku is out of commission, Trunks is searching for answers, and everyone else is on the side.

Maybe both covers do fit in some way.

While I don't intend on buying these sets anytime soon (heck, I just recently finished Z with the dbox last october, ok? ) I don't seem to have as much a problem as some folks with the solicited cover art. If its between that one and Piccolo fro Kai part 3 I pretty much prefer the choice that they went if they're intend on re-using already published cover art.

It's really traken them a long time to get things straight with these. We've been waiting a forever for the proper Kikuchi score of Kai.

Btw, this set is due out May 22nd? If I'm correct that's the same day as Season 1.

The BD version of Season Two looks much better and way awesomer (non-existent word) than the DVD version.

Lets hope FUNimation doesn't screw up this time.
