Was this Special/OVA just produced in standard definition or in high def?

If HD, then we might have an HD1080p Blu-ray release sometime in future, I'd hope.

Anyways to stay on topic I really want them to come out w. an HD release not only b/c it would have superior quality but so I could actually own it because I missed my chance of getting the special for a decent price long ago

For 3DS/Vita, a 2D or 2.5D fighting game probably works better than an RB-ish.

It's a bit embarrassing to have a member here on Daizex that believes Dragon Ball Hoshi is real. It's total bullcrap.

They just reuse scenes from Kai, Burst Limit, Ultimate Tenkaichi, PtEtSS, EoB, Sagas, etc and then call it "Dragon Ball Hoshi REAL COMING 2012 OMFG NEW SERIEZ" (take the OMFG part out I added that just now ).

I mean this in the nicest way possible, and I seriously do not mean this to come across as insulting or condescending in tone, but you really need to do your research on the subject. As others have stated, Hoshi is complete bullshit, and it's sad (for the rumor, not you) that it's gotten to the point that there are people on Daizenshuu EX that believe it.
