I wouldn't say it's an error, but I think it's funny enough that it deserved a mention.
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

In episode 113, Gohan's front hair frequently changes to that in the Freeza arc.

This is not exactly an animation error, I know, but Gohan's left eye isn't complete circle like his right one:

Sorry for sounding rude, but let me say. What the hell are you talking about? Do you think that animators bother to use freaking compasses every time when they draw just characters' small pupils or something? Dragon Ball Z is a hand-drawn anime. There obviously is no point in pointing out such a minimal thing which isn't even an error and no one cares.

I'm going to watch Mystical Adventure, because I believe I remember an error in that movie but if I find it I will post it up.
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

You're right.

Dragonball Mystical Adventure (I remember showing my brother this when we were younger. I guess you could say it was the first error I ever discovered :) )
Master Shen's hands are colored different(shots taken from my DVD box)

Broly the legendary Super Saiyan(shots taken from my Dragon-Box The Movies)
here we see piccolo notice the pink around his stomach.
Image(Update! Piccolo's hand is gone  )
Then when Goku asks for everyone's power, Piccolo starts to raise up his hand and the pink around his stomach is gone.

So his missing left hand is also visible on the Dragon Box? That puts to rest some arguments I've seen that it's only on the Double Features due to FUNimation's expanding of the frame.

You can see only very little of it in the 4x3 version of the film, and overscan would probably crop it out: Image

Metalwario64 that picture you posted is it from the original Funimation bilingual DVD? also by what I was told my Dragon-box: The Movies has had filters added to it. But I've asked a comparison shot from VegettoEX from his Dragon-box: The Movies that way we know nothing has been tampered with.

Why would a filter magically be able to remove his hand and insert the background? It's an animation error, and it's present on all widescreen versions, and only partially there on the fullscreen version.

Yes, my shot is from the single DVD release.

The Crane Hermit's image isn't really an animation error.
I think it's just darker cause of shading.
Look at the right side of his face, same color as his left hand.
