I still wonder if we will see any what if SSj4 transformations for other characters later on? I think SSj4 Vegito would be nice.

You guys realize that this is just a fuckton of characters thrown in and that you wiggle cards to toggle them to do pre-set attacks, right? I can safely say that is NOT my dream game. Now if they adapted the existing skins from Heroes into an actual Budokai-esque game, then yeah, that's a different story.

Or because the regular Budoukai / Budoukai Tenkaichi fans don't want a Yu-Gi-Oh! version of DBZ.

The graphics could be lowered and yet kept to look fantastic, but the problem would probably be keeping every DB fan to love this game as they do with Budoukai / Budoukai Tenkaichi and the others.

"Thumbs up if Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is the best DBZ game ever *80 likes*"
"Thumbs up if you want HD Budokai Tenkaichi Collection! *100 likes*"
"Thumbs up if Raging Blast 2 is better than Ultimate Tenkaichi *160 likes*
"Thumbs up if you want Raging Blast 3 to happen *120 likes*"

^ Stuff like this.

This would be an interesting game to release on consoles, but I'd be more far interested on a 2D/2.5D adventurous game of DB covering DB and all of its stories (DB+Z+GT+Specials+Films+OVAs and Dr. Slump too :P).

Since I'll never play this game in my life, all I care is for new animation, more avatars, and more what-if forms(come on, I want SSJ4 Vegetto! :D ).

2 new trailers are up on the official site, though one is just a slightly longer version of the other (15 seconds and 30 seconds). I'm not going to bother linking them since it seems more people have trouble watching them than those who can. So here are some notes:
  • Commercial features new animation. "Hero" runs up to the card game in the real world with his normal clothes and the Giru clone appears on his shoulder. After sticking his card into the game's slot, he is teleported into the ship with Goku, Plan, and Trunks in his new avatar clothes.
  • Other scenes included, that don't seem to go in order are the Ultimate Shenlong, the Ultimate Dragon Balls scattering from Kami's sanctuary, and the Hero as a SS and charging a Kamehameha.
  • Confirmed GT characters as of now: Goku, SS Goku, Pan, Trunks, Vegeta, Uub, Dr. Mu, Super Sigma, General Rilld, Sigma Rilld and Super Llod (the red version).
Also, it could just be my imagination, but if we get a What-If during the GT cards, I'm thinking it might be SS Pan...just the vibe I was getting.

That's all optimum!

But those Dragon Ball Hoshi bastards are going to disgracefully use the Dragon Ball Heroes for more Hoshi bullshit. :?

TOEI could make an anime series out of DBH, it all works out, great animation, music and story (?), why not TOEI?

Well then, TOEI could make up something up after Z and GT, because the same old Z story has gotten really old, even with new shiny graphics or all grainy.

Well, the overall "story" seems to be similar to Online, in which heroes come into the world of Dragon Ball (or do they travel in time? Time machines were shown) to help the cast fight against the main threats. Not hard to make a decent story from that.

Also the main theme song has changed.

If you had to give it a plot, I guess it would be a combination of both. I'm still not convinced that the character is actually getting sucked into the Dragon World though. The warp effect could be a fancy transition piece that isn't meant to be taken literally, a pretty way of jumping from showing the kid playing the game to the game itself, because the same effect is used in the real world when you place your cards on the stage and the characters get warped to the battlefield.

Anyway, I have some interesting info!

1.) The discussion of if the commercial with Vegetto had full animation or not? It's been solved! The full commercial does in fact exist and was just never released. Watching this video, you can see a portion of the screen to the left, and it features constant animation that features the avatars, Gohan Buu, Vegeta, Goku, and Vegetto for just shy of about a minute: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... Nho#t=257s So I do suppose this supports my theory that full animation does in fact exist for each trailer we get, regardless of if we see the full version of it. Which makes me mad...

2.) The Hero versions of the Avatar Characters...well, they have names when battled in Heroes Road! lol I'm in the process of getting them translated.

Holy shit, how did your eye catch that! Now is the time that I hope it didn't exist... Because I want to see it! :x Even if it's from a camera, I don't care, I just want to see it!

They have names!? What about the Elites & Berserkers? And what was Heroes Road again?

Yeah, I have no idea. I've been looking at Heroes videos all day trying to track down the source of the names for the avatars. I Just happened to see the animation as the video started to come to an end, probably because it didn't look like the game graphics I had been staring at forever.

Heroes Road is the Arcade Mode-like...um, mode where you have your avatar and their team battle through stages featuring the other Hero avatars and their teams. Yes, the Heroes have names, but they are the only ones because they are the only versions to show up in the mode. If you battle a friend in the Heroes Road section, the other classes are just called "Rival" when they appear, so the Elites and Berserkers aren't lucky in that regard.

I've been talking with someone who apparently lives in Japan and plays the game pretty often, and he alerted me to this information. Initially I wasn't sure I could believe him, despite giving me a list of their names, but I went back and checked and it seems he is right. I was able to find the names for the Male Saiyan, Majin, Namekian, and Freeza Clan Heroes, but I'm not sure the translated versions he gave me are correct, so I'm having Herms confirm them from the source. If the four I found match what the guy told me, then I'll take him at his word that the female Saiyan's name is correct too.

Have to say that Picture with Broly Frieza Cell Buu and Hatchiyak was BOSS and no I don't care about Tiers

It sort of reminded me of that last arc in Kinnikuman with those guys who all looked like him

Here's the add for the new GT material.

Looks like planet M2 is a level/map too!
:D
It is in his character to be rude and a bit crass. He's a hick, with no formal education. That is Son Goku. That is who he is.

Superman in an orange Gi was the bastard son of FUNimation. Its not The real character, it is as false as Chatku.
