Things you'd like to see in a Dragonball Z game

Why would you want Mr. Satan? He's a waste of space because he can't beat anyone, nor is he funny, Yamucha and Goku's stupidity make them somewhat comical.

A game with character 30-40 characters plus transformation is more than enough, at least this way there's space for each one to have his/her own abilities that just being skins/clones of others already existent.

3. Teen Gohan (Base, SSJ, SSJ2)

The "Teen Gohan" in Cell's arc? He's still a child! He only becomes a teen during the high school time and Boo's arc.

So he should be named "Pre-Teen Gohan" instead, and also Mr. Satan than the lousy ridiculous h-word name.

If they allow "kill" and "hell" then Mr. Satan is no problem.

But Mr. Satan is a very unique character and personally I do think he's funny. I loved his Gameboy explosion attack especially on characters who you knew were too smart to fall for something as dumb as that(Cell, Vegeta, Freeza etc.) Personally you want to talk about unique characters he, in my opinion, is one of them. He's like Dan from Street Fighter.

I loved Mr.Satan as a joke character and I loved it even more when they made him progressively worthless in every game series he was in. He started off shooting guns and throwing nukes and ended up hucking stones and having random damage rush attacks. The thing is I kind of feel like I had my yucks at Satan and wouldn't mind a new gag character.

I love Mr Satan and really miss him being in the games. Wouldn't mind seeing him again.

And in some games he can be deadly when used right.

I never understand why they make Super 17 as his own character then as a transformation similar to Ubb fused with Buu or Piccolo fused with Kami in the other games?

He was referring to the censored name of Mr. Satan you know what it is, the h-word.

It would've been funny if Disney had patented the name Hercules (with/out S) and then FUNimation would have to look for a different name (Mark).

Then again chances of FUNimation naming him alternatively as Mark would be really slim, since they think Boo's arc is just filler. Way to make your fans more misinformed, FUNimation.

Personally I don't care about having him but it seems like a lot of people do want him. He works well as a joke character and sometimes those can be fun. I love using Dan in the SF4 games and he is terrible. Plus when I first made the list I had left him out but I wanted to include Videl so there would be another girl character, and I figured I should add him if she is going to be in it.

And we probably won't see him called Mr. Satan in any english version of the games unless they make a game aimed at older fans. Which would be really awesome since then we could get some awesome finishing moves and stuff but I wouldn't count on that happening.

I thought he mean Hell as the H word since that is often used for Hell, my bad . I still personally say have Saiyajin Saga Vegeta, GT Vegeta and Super 17 not as separate since I find it pointless. I rather have Super 17 as a transformation as I mention before and I think at least 60 characters are good section of characters.

Even if you don't like them (I have no idea about your preferences), but you might as well include SS3 Vegeta and SS3 Broli since you added in Trunks and Bardock's new forms.

It's not about the older fans, those who've seen the uncut version are aware of his real (stage) name than the censored.

The international dubs refer to him also as Mr. Satan, however France/Portugal had him as Hercules (the name reminds me of the animated Hercules from Disney ) because Satan was already being used for Piccolo, so thus far, Satan's Little Heart.

Whether it's sold in US, or Europe it's often only English/Japanese so they should correct this mistake they've been doing for years. And also "Teen Gohan" to "Pre-Teen Gohan".

Budokai Tenkaichi 3 had Spanish idiom and so I'd tend to choose Spanish than English.

The whole reason for the name change was so religous parents wouldn't get offended and stop letting their kids watch the show/play the games. Most of the fighting games have been rated T for teen because they are fighting games but there isn't much language or gore so a lot of parents will still buy kids the T games. Sure some buy M games for their kids to but if they do that they probably wouldn't care about Mr. Satan.

But in any case they probably figure more english speakers know him as Hercule since that was his name in the broadcast versions.

You would have to ask Funi that, I didn't make the name change.

But I don't recall hell and kill being chanted in the censored versions of DBZ but Satan is chanted in the show.

And games usually have a budget and time frame that they are working with. So I would rather they spend the time on the gameplay and making the characters unique compared to just jamming in a bunch of copy and paste characters. Plus they release a game every year so they can always add more later.

DLCs?

That happened with RB1 but they added characters which already existed but pumped to the max.

RB2 had some exclusive pre-order DLC codes for uniforms or w/e.
