There's a lot, but I can't think of any off the top of my head, so just peep the sig.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

OH! I can't believe I've forgotten about this one!

Frieza: "Quit fooling yourself my friend, you're no match for my speed!"

Linda Young's delivery and acting on that line made it epic!

I didn't really like this but its kinda funny (Goku to Si xing long)
"I just explore every angle of it try touching me this time"
and how could I forget
(Gogeta to Yi xing long)
"my shoulders are a little stiff would it be too much to ask if you could do my backside now"

From Uncut Kai, when Goku's undergoing his SSJ transformation:

I will... make you... SUFFER!

Filler before Cell Games.

General Tao: "What happened?"
Gohan: "I happened, that's what" (or something along those lines)

I loved Vegeta's response to Krillin's "mondo cool" in the orange brick dub. "That's right boys. MONDO cool."

In Kai I love Freeza's line against Vegeta and co. "Once again my dreams of immortality have been crushed upon the shores of your incompetence." Can't find it on YouTube or Nicktoons, but its a good one.

In Dragon Ball Goku's line to Bulma in Episode 1 was funny. "What do I care about touching your dirty fanny."

Fanny is a good word for Goku to use. Slightly southern, very childish, and cute.

Krillin: Hey Vegeta, are the boots and gloves made out of the same material?

I prefer the original.

Krillin: Hey Vegeta, are the boots and gloves made out of the same material?

Vegeta: I guess

From Episode 56 of Kai:

Trunks: Make sure to come at me with everything you've got, 'cuz I don't plan to go easy on you like Goku did.
King Cold: What's a "Goku"?
Freeza: He's the Super Saiyan, the one we came here to kill, I mean, really.
*King Cold scoffs*
Freeza: Oh but of course, you [Trunks] and him [Goku] are in league.
Trunks: I've never met the guy, but I'm a fan of his work.

Yeah, I know Cold's line is derpy, but I like it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOaKWZvFQTE Closest thing I could find. Chris Ayres seems to deliver quotable lines in many of his works.

A couple of classics dubbed by TOG:

Having these balls
The homeboys have arrived

Piccolo's And then BOOM, Vegeta got in my way.

Vegeta's blonde moment.

And of course, one of the funniest insults ever.
1 Corinthians 13: When I was a child, I spoke and thought and reasoned as a child. But when I grew up, I put away childish things. Except the anime. Never the anime.

"LET HIM KISS YOUR WOMAN!!"

Even funnier than the Japanese version, in my opinion. You can almost feel Vegeta's disbelief and near-rage in Sabat's voice as he sputters "how could you! Don't you have any sense?"

Goku's response was pretty funny as well - "it's a compliment!" or something like that.

Cracks me up every time.

what about "This time you won't come back!" for whenever Freeza was about to kill Krillin?

For me, nothing beats Terry Klassen's Kuririn saying, "You just want to gobble him up!".

While we're on the subject of Terry Klassen, we should mention "You're Hokey-Pokey, right?" and "THE POWERRRRRR! IT IS I WHO NOW POSSESSES, uh, POWERRRRR!"
