Aren't there supposed to be 3 games coming out this year? Which makes me think, what if 2 of those games is going to be the Kinect game AND a regular fighting game?
It looks like we are getting this and the 3DS game. Waltmart remove the PS3 game off their list, which makes me think that this is the major DBZ game that we are getting this on the consoles. It's possible that they could have release three games since Zenkai Battle Royale is a arcade game could be easy to port.

That looks like the inside of Kame House to me, haha.
Yeah, but there's a big building outside that window.
Eh? That could be a window frame/pane.

While I wasn't really too hyped for a Kinect game, I might have to get into this now. I always wanted to be a Z-warrior--so it looks like I might have the chance to finally fight as one...

You know how when you initially picture a concept in your head you drastically over simplify it?

That wasn't so much an issue here,

To whoever fears the animation will be Episode of Bardock: that was less than 20 minutes long. It's said we're getting 30.

Yeah, and previous reports give the same runtime as Episode of Bardock, ~19 minutes: http://www.bbfc.co.uk/ADM287596/

I don't have a Kinect and I don't care about this game, but because of morality I'm gonna walk out on to the street and punch a baby in the face if this game turns out to be a re-skin. As long as they keep putting the same game out annually with a new piece of pretty animation they're gonna keep making money and it drives me insane.
What about Dragon Ball, Namco-Bandai? What about the franchise? :| What about Goku? :P

Oh, and a gameplay video:

Not the latest report:
ainsi que 30 minutes de séquences animées inédites.

Which translates into: "as well as 30 minutes of unique anime sequences."

It's an on rails first person fighting game.

That's exactly what I would expect when someone would say "DBZ for Kinect". It looks marginally better than the Let's TV Play! stuff...

It's nice to see another opportunity for Spike to reuse assets from their earlier games. Gotta make that $5 budget somehow.

Whoever it was that wanted the first person Dragonball game...well here you go. At least they don't have to redo the models again for a fourth time.
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

The models ARE what I want them to preferentially redo though. They look ugly to me.

Can I just call it right now that this year is the death of Dragon Ball games? Just like in 1997 after Final Bout, we didn't see one until Budokai. So, that's my guess. I don't have a Kinect and I don't think I'd ever get one. I think Spike and Namco Bandai made a mistake making this game for Kinect. It just seems like DBZ shouldn't be on Kinect especially since a lot of people here and probably other DB fans don't have a Kinect. That's really just my opinion, but it feels like Dragon Ball games might die out this year.

I mean, you're pretty open about looking at cartoon porn. Why would you do that? It's fiction. The proportions of these women are not possible to reach in reality.

God this game looks like shit. Where's Burst freakin' Limit 2, Namco-Bandai? I've been waiting for a real dbz fighting game for 3 years now.

*Sigh*

It's hilarious how it's seems it's just a Kinect-mod of UT.

Cheap and lazy. About what I would expect.

It looks more like Dragon Ball Z: V.R.V.S. than a Let's! TV Play game. DBZ Kinect seems to offer only one-on-one battles, while the Let's! TV Play games offer battles against several enemies, and this with the possibility to have an ally controlled by the CPU.

For the special, I think they've round the run time while telling about it. It was previously stated that this special anime was under 20 minutes, which is what Episode of Bardock is.

They haven't been able to make anything better than a mediocre game...what makes them think they can make a good motion controled game?

How do they even think they're gonna make money off of this? The sales have gone so far down with it being on the PS3 and 360....now it's only for people that have a 360 AND a Kinect? And STILL made by Spike?

I'm kinda thankful, since I don't have a 360 I won't be spending money on it. Next.

Episode of Bardock is closer to 15 minutes than 30. If the "exclusive" animation really is just that than their marketing is near fraudulent levels.
