BGM in Freezer Arc

Post by InfernalVegito » Wed Apr 11, 2012 6:52 pm

Hi

I am searching for a specific BGM that is played quite a few times in the Freezer arc, especially in the battle against him. It's not a very long piece but very disctinctive imo. I have already tried to find it in CDs and official BGM collections but I failed.

What music am I talking about? I know it's played in episode 87 immediately after the prologue when Goku stands in front of Freezer and declares to defeat him. The music always starts off with a deep bell and is accompanied with a droning sound in the background while drums pound a few times. This is repeated 2-3 times with the bell and then the drums finish the rest in the climax. It is such a suspense piece of music and I am dying to find the name of it or even the CD to which it belongs.

I hope you can help.

Unless of course someone takes up the task of ripping it from one of the DVD's.

How can this amazing music be unreleased? D:

I just want to hear it without the characters talking. I don't know how to search for it. Doesn't it have a name at least or so?

I love that piece too. Of course I ripped that (sorry for the hiss noise ):

The piece of music was composed and recorded during the Red Ribbon Army arc, especially the Tao Pai-pai episodes. I guess its M-number is M311 or so.

Oh sweet! Thanks, Kei17. That piece is awesome. Sets the mood for Goku vs Freeza perfectly.

Oh my god! Thank you so infinitely much! It's such a suspense piece of music and fits perfectly versus Freezer. I also thought it was used somewhere in Dragonball.

Wow, thanks Kei! It's great to finally have M601 and M6XX-1 and M6XX-2 . If I'm not mistaken, these were used in the third dragonball movie? I'm really glad to have M601 especially, since that was used when Freeza blew up his deathball when Trunks was holding it. I had been forced to use a the closet movie 3 piece to that for my MRS Kikuchi project, but now I can actually use the real piece.

Glad to also have the instrumental to movie 2's *death* chorus as well.

Awesome! I like it. It was the only place I could find M911, I was glad to have found it.
