Wow they said "sigh-an"; kinda sounded out of place not hearing that for so long.
I don't have a 360 but I'm sure if would have been nicer to have different graphics for a game exclusive instead of the last games. Any word on the 30 minutes of footage?

Amen Brotha! Can't wait to see how many of these motions don't reliably work! You notice all of the quick movements that never have an in-game counterpart shown.Hellspawn28 wrote:The only thing I'm looking forward from this game would be a possible review from Angry Joe. After his review of the Star Wars Kinect game, he is going to have a field day with this game.
Also, the Youtube comments. Always predictable fun.

I'm still not clear on the card thing. Do you seriously need to buy packs of cards to unlock characters? Assuming that's the case, you would drop $40(+) on the game and like $4 on a booster pack every time you want a new character. I'm hoping for their sake that these cards are for like custom versions of characters(like Raging Blast's DLC), but the trailer made it feel like you buy the QR packs to unlock new characters; and that's just a rip-off.
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

Most of you guys are complaining on how awful the game is, but you know damn well you are gonna go buy it (cause I will). And I'm 28 years old mind you! So stop fronting like you guys are so cool, that you won't be caught dead playing this game. I'm copping this!

Actually no, I don't have a Kinect and don't feel like dropping $130 on one to play first person Ultimate Tenkaichi.

I'm not buying an insanely obvious cash-in. Almost every piece of this game is recycled from something else. The Shenron in the logo, the character models and environments, even the music.TheNamekGio wrote:Most of you guys are complaining on how awful the game is, but you know damn well you are gonna go buy it (cause I will). I also don't own a Kinect.

I'm not buying it either because I don't have a Kinect
but I do think it was cool the way the guy said SCION I bet VegettoEX liked that
I say it the Funimation way ''Saiyan'' also I wonder why they didn't update the graphics any? I coudn't tell a difference between this and Ultimate Tenkaichi
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

The graphics are optimum/excellent so trying to improve something's already great is pointless. The music too, but I'd preferred the Japanese version which tends to have remastered Kikuchi tracks + new DBZ composer BGMs as well.samuraix123 wrote:I'm not buying it either because I don't have a Kinectbut I do think it was cool the way the guy said SCION I bet VegettoEX liked that

Tenkaichi Tag Team should make its way to the home consoles but since I've gotten a PSP Slim I don't mind not being on X360 or PS3.
SamuraiX123, SCION?

Same here. The trailer looks alright, it looks like Ultimate Blast with Kinect controls. You are pretty much playing the same game from last year but with the kinect. The trailers like this always fool you from that the game is going to be awesome. I don't plan to buy this at all. If I do get a Kinect in the future, I will likely rent this.SparkyPantsMcGee wrote:Actually no, I don't have a Kinect and don't feel like dropping $130 on one to play first person Ultimate Tenkaichi.

Re: "Dragon Ball Z For Kinect" Official On-Going Thread
People on YT are already complaining that it's not pronounced "SIGH-IN" in the commercial, the way the dub does it.
Looks terrible, though.

They really are stupid, I commented on the video saying "finally a narrator that pronounced Super Saiyan correctly" and then a fanboy came and said "no it isn't".penguintruth wrote:People on YT are already complaining that it's not pronounced "SIGH-IN" in the commercial, the way the dub does it.![]()

It's clearly Super Saiyan, as per written SAI-YAN (SIGH-AN) come on YouTubes..

Spike is not going to fool me again for the 4th time. I'm going by the old Chinese proverb that Spike fool me once, shame on you; Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me thrice, shame on both of us!

This is one dbz game I am glad I don't have the extra hardware (Kinect) for. I wonder if DSPGaming will do a playthrough like he did the Star Wars Kinect dance game. If so, then the lulz will come.
How much must Spike fail before they change up their formula for these yearly releases?

Game looks fun and all, but I'm with SparkyPantsMcGee on this one. Besides, I play BT3 with a GameCube controller so yeah... a Kinect game is out of the question.

The one youtube poster is right; I wonder how many takes they took to get the responses right bcause of shifty controls and tech.
Re: "Dragon Ball Z For Kinect" Official On-Going Thread
Does it really matter that much how you say saiyan? I've always thought it was 'saiyan', and in Japanese 'Saya-jin', but really I don't care.
I actually didn't hate those trailers, haha. IMO, if I actually had the Kinect, I'd rather buy this than last years title. UT really seems better suited on this type of console. Who agrees?

Honestly, this game needs a dancing mode. I'd buy it if it had one, and as I said before I don't own a Kinect. Can you imagine the Fusion Dances, and Ginyu Force poses we could do with this? INSTANT GOLD
