You know, I think that this game is the biggest waste ever. It's the biggest waste of $60, biggest waste of time for the people who played and developed it, it's just a time waster. It's not even a game. I really don't understand why we don't just give the rights to some other company. The sales for these game go down every year. That says a lot about the developer. Or, I could be completely wrong and it could be that everyone is sick of DBZ games. But seriously, Spike has been developing DBZ games since 2005. By 2009, it just got old and really bad. Give another developer a chance who can actually do a DBZ game right. If we're pretty much saying this game is on par with Spike's other DBZ games, there's something wrong and maybe either give Spike a break or change developers.
Yeah, Spike is almost as lame as that Dr. RoBUTTnik circa 1994. No wait, even worse.
Yeah, if you're worse than RoBUTTnik, that's NO GOOD!
In seriousness, how can Namco Bandai look at these games and say "Okay, let's release this." I know they just want money but they can't get more money if they're selling less and less copies every year. From a stand point of someone who has no clue how business works, that's pretty stupid. Maybe NB should get their act together and see that they're releasing bad games instead of just saying "It's DBZ, it'll sell well."

I mean, you're pretty open about looking at cartoon porn. Why would you do that? It's fiction. The proportions of these women are not possible to reach in reality.

Also the fact that my 360 has RROD. I am just gonna replace it and get atransfer cable but that puts DBZ and Kinect into the no since I have Fable 3, Prototype, and Dragon Age 1 to finish, not to mention the games I downloaded before crash and all the ones I will get when I get back on live.

I don't have kinect so I'm not getting this and don't plan to get kinect at all really, but I have to admit one thing. If I had kinect and saw this trailer, the Kamehameha wave would have been the clincher for me to buy this lol.

GameTrailers ran an interview and here's the info we don't already have:

- Multiplayer is not currently planned, though that may change.
- Game features 2 modes: Story, and Score Attack (Only Score Attack has been demoed)
- There are over 20 QR codes associated to characters or power ups. They may be offered as preorder incentives, promotions, or for the press to give out.
- Over 100 moves in the game.
- Exclusive animation that is debuting for the first time in North America, and Europe.

That last point makes it sound like Episode of Bardock for certain, especially given the single mysterious character.

I also have no clue as to why Adrianne Curry is playing the game, haha.
"I like the money it brings in, but Dragon Ball Heroes is the worst. That's actually the real reason I decided to start working on new material. I was afraid Bandai would make something irredeemably stupid like Super Saiyan 4 Broly." - Akira Toriyama, made up interview, 2013.

Only two player modes? That sounds lame, no point on getting the game for the Bardock Special when it's already on Youtube. I guess they are going to dub it giving it a reason for fans to buy it.

Aw, so it is pretty much near-confirmed to be "Episode of Bardock"? :(
I mean, I enjoyed the animation of that more than the manga version, but I wanted something completely new.

*Wonders if its too early to hope for something completely new from this year's Jump Anime Tour.*
On hiatus.

It just looks like Ultimate Tenkaichi but with Kinect controls.

NO THANKS.

It's pretty offensive how they're clearly reusing models and environments from Ultimate Blast. I'd really like them to take DBZ games back in the shop and focus on crafting a fun, balanced, involving game. I'd be happy if it only had 10 characters as long as it played like silk.

Is Funimation planning on Dubbing Episode of Bardock? I had no idea that it was going to be released with the Kinect game. I still will not be buying this as I will just wait until Funimation ''IF'' they dub it, to release it on DVD or Blu-ray.

I'm only interested if Episode of Bardock will be included and dubbed as well.

The rest can go to HFIL.

Yeah, like hell, nobody noticed 3 installments of Sparking! series, nor anyone noticed how all the models in Blast series are the same, only with different palletes and tweaks......

I don't understand so much hate for this game only after seeing some cheesy teaser of unfinished product.
Also, Episode of Bardock is kinda good selling point, because officially it wasn't released in USA and Europe and not everybody is Kanzenshuu or other comunity member, to have the infos and such from the first hand.
You mustn't forget that we are in minority here, average customers don't care that much about the franchises more than it's healthy.

Hey, they nailed Tenkaichi 3. 1 out of 7 aint bad!

Spike is the little engine that made minimal yearly improvements before horribly shitting itself beyond repair. Just like the story book.

This game will be probably a memetic hit or some internet phenomen, but not a good game.

I already suspected, that the game probably won't support multiplayer. Now we all agree, that the game will flop

DB Xenoverse is not a DBZ simulator with fighting elements, it's a semi competent fighting/action game with DBZ simulation elements.

I don't know what you're talking about, this game is THE tourney ready competitive spergin' fighter of 2012! Calling it RIGHT here.

Edit-
To be entirely fair playing this game in front of others would be considerably less embarrassing than playing Skullgirls.

I don't quite remember how Kinect 2 Player games work, because I played Kinect games by myself and was pretty fun actually.

One go each player doesn't work for fighting games so split screen atta' do it.

If you played Kinect Sports, there is the infamous split screen and you play against your friend in real time, stying next to him and each of you have half of the Kinect sensor area. We are playing table tennis, football or volley ball like this.
I assumed there will be the same option in this DBZ for Kinect as in BT3.

I did play Kinect Sports, and my favourite was Football, I loved it since I actually used my legs to pass/kick the ball than just the controller like in FIFA.

It's been a long time since I played football physically, and my position was always as GK, I rarely would let the opponents score a goal. :P

There's a lot of potential in Kinect and if Dragon Ball was handled appropriately for Kinect it could have been a marvellous experience, not sure now that I've seen the trailers/videos I'm bummed down.
