Wal-Mart creates their own packages for these types of things (or has them slapped together by the distributor just for them).
These releases are retailer-wide new SKUs. "Season One" has already been released once before, but was pulled from retailer listings and it later re-emerged with the same Kenji Yamamoto broadcast score, despite thoughts that it had been pulled and would possibly be re-released with a replacement score. "Season Two" has not been released at all outside any potential Wal-Mart-specific packages.
So in a nutshell, the fact that "Season One" is technically being re-released is a somewhat major deal, and "Season Two" is an entirely new product. The bigger deal is the fact that these two "seasons" comprise the first four "parts" of the prior releases, which have now officially been discontinued, and all four were incidentally the ones FUNimation released before the BGM incident went down in Japan, necessitating a replacement score.
