How is that classed as a rumour? The voice of Goku said Pikon, he was reading from a script, on the script it said Pikon, the person who wrote that script would only have put in the names of characters that he knew was going to be in the game, he wouldn't of just GUESSED what characters were going to be in it would he? So obviously at one point, Pikon was planned on being in Tenkaichi.

It doesn't mean that at all. It just strongly infers that the person who wrote the script was given the wrong information.

As for the Yanni and Yanno poem... yeah, I was just making a bad joke about the bad "classical" music composer named Yanni. :P

LoL pikkon was filler. He doesn't deserve 2 be included in a DB game

Actually, Pikkon could have been planned to be in the game, but then due to time constraints, he could have been "thrown out" so to speak. It's very possible that the people who were writing the advertisment could have been given some names to use in the ad and they threw in Pikkon. Then later, they just couldn't fit Pikkon into their schedule. After all, game developers often come up with lots of things they want to put into a game and then can't for various reasons, so it's not impossible.
