hello, I am in Belgium ( europa )
-Sometimes I want to bid some dragonball items on ebay.com , but cannot because of seller country delivery restriction or other problem .
Is there anyone in US who can help to bid for me ?
-I am also looking for someone who could simply receive items for me in US , when seller cannot ship internationnaly, and resend to my country ( Belgium )

I can offer some % as fee for help ( depending on auction price) or gift or cards or anythink you want if I can...
