Its not REALLY the parents, as much as the executives and Broadcast Standards and Practices.

I have yet to see a single parent complain about DBZ.

Its also the executives who think Children cannot relate to Japanese characters and have their names changes (Like the Pretty Cure Dub)

Fox would never even consider that, though. Here's one example:
Their Animation Domination block is solely based on adult comedy via animation. Kai is not a comedy.

I just finished watching American Dad!, The Simpsons and Family Guy and all three had so much nonsense violence and blood so makes me wonder if DBZ Kai aired in FOX would have stayed uncut.

Those shows aren't for kids. They're for adults. (Well, The Simpsons might be more of a family show overall, but it's definitely not for children specifically.)

Fox used to have a Fox Kids block, and some of the shows on it were full of violence censorship. Including domestic shows, like the aforementioned 90's Spider-Man cartoon.

The funny thing about NT's edited version is that it makes the series run slightly more faster than originally intended, so for some it's a plus.
