There you go, I could swallow that better than "Frost Demons". Especially since it reminds me of the Frost Giants from Nordic mythology. Like rereboy said, it's simply random and forces you to assume they are some kind of demons.

The likes of Kamesennin would still be around, though I doubt he'd be able to take on the RR Army by himself. Not sure what people like Yamcha, Tenshinhan or Yajirobe might do with no Goku to turn them into 'friends'.

Even if they stop the RR army then what about Piccolo Daimao assuming that he was released out of his confinement in U1? I guess that they end up killing him or that Piccolo Daimao does end up taking over the world.

I could see both the dominion of the Red Ribbon Army and the ressurgence of the Demon King Piccolo as valid reasons for a truce between the Crane and Turtle Schools. Between all of the fighters they would be able to defeat them somehow I believe. Don't forget that even though Goku doesn't come to Earth, Kuririn would still go train with Kamesennin.

There's no need to get so worked up. They're called Frost Demons in this fanmanga and so I don't see any problem with people using it when discussing this fanmanga. It's different from the alternate spelling for Baddack because there is no official name for the clan.

DNA, you may well have a valid point. It's just hard to see under how obnoxiously you are talking to everyone.

It all started because you tried to dictate how someone should not use a name from a fan manga that they are discussion. Can you not see how that comes across and obnoxious and silly?

Thinking it's silly/unnecessary/ridiculous/irritating is an opinion that is yours. We don't have to conform to that because you don't like something.

Even if the name wasn't given in the comic, it wouldn't be worth getting worked up about. Since as a group they don't really have a name, people can refer to them any way they please.... even if they want to call them the Coldcuts or the Chilly Gang.

Hmm... It would be pretty interesting if they were actually called Frost Giants after that mythology (Freeza and Coola would be small only because they are still young).

Their backstory could have been that when they started to conquer the universe, another ancient and powerful race, who used magic, went to war with them, annihilating their numbers (asgardians). Only a few survived and were forced to retreat and hide. After a million years, the only family of Frost Giants left mutated and became very powerful. By that time the asgardians race was already dying off of natural causes since they were such an ancient race, and the Frost Giants finished them (Cold and his brothers who died in the battle). And finally, Freeza's family could rule unchecked.

Its kind of odd mixing nordic mythology and Freeza, but also very cool, IMO.

And yes, let me be obnoxious, I've made my points and expressed my opinions about the matter, I'm a purist and every made up name annoys the shit out of me. And they do have an official name, it's Freeza Clan, whether you want to accept it or not is totally up to you, it's as much of an official name as Hera Clan is. So yes, it falls under the same as "Baddack". At least Bojack's Gang is not a racial name but a description of the specific gang. They could at least call them Cold's Family, but no, they went and made up a shitty name for them. So yes, again, I get annoyed like shit, it's the same as (H)ercule, Bulla, (T)ien, Petit Couer, Tara, Kujila, amongst many many others.

And what's annoying me the most is the fact that you're defending this specific name because you like it, ignoring all the others. At least I admit I'm being obnoxious, you should look at yourselves and your reasons and realize you're being hypocritical.
