The first time I heard Chris Ayres as Freeza was I

but then LittleKuriboh came along and CA is now my 2nd English Freeza favourite voice.

Technically he is. Despite what some people here think, (as they should look at Marvel, Modern age, and other companies) not all superheroes are like Silver Age DC.

I'm not a huge Funi fan at all but without a doubt this is a pretty bang up list. I'm pretty sure this would have been the best possible end game for the Kai dub. Kudos, you know your shit son.

Chris Ayres still made Freeza sound like a woman than a man and even ABG's or TFS's have better Freeza's than FUNimation's.

TFS's Goku is also closer and better to the original than FUNimation's.

It's one thing to like a different voice but it's the delivery which matters. It's what makes the role believable.

If a voice actor cannot provide a believable performance, you might as well find someone else entirely.

I'm sure some of the TFS cast are flexible enough to change up their performance (and voice, if possible) if they did have to do a serious dub. MasakoX did it a few times, though whether you liked it or not is completely up to you, but he has done it. Not saying that they'd all work on a serious dub, but I'm just throwing that out there.

So far from what I've heard of LK's Frieza, I haven't heard much in the range of how he voices him.

His voice always stays at a constant volume for all of his emotions unlike Ayres who shifts from subdued to out-right yelling when necessary.

That's actually the only problem I have with the TFS cast. They're good at the voices they do but the delivery in emotions is lacking in places.

In the end though, they're the ones doing a parody and not a serious dub which is why I don't mind these problems since they are intended to be comical, not serious.

The only voices in the Kai dub I dislike are Trunks and King Kai. Especially Trunks is just awful. I don't know much about their VA's so I don't know who I'd replace them with, but just about anyone will do
